Pactos Postelectorales en el Pais Vasco

Después de los envenenadosresultados electorales registrados en las elecciones, ahora viene lo más impresentable, formar un gobierno estable.

El PNV en teoría tiene muy fácil encontrar los apoyos suficientes para ello, conserva el apoyo de IU y le basta con llegar a un acuedo con HB(PCTV) o con el PSOE. El problema es que para coaligarse con HB tendría que afrontar el precio de juntarse a un partido que justifica y es parte del terrorismo de ETA.

Hoy, el precio no sería sólo que no les votaran unas pocas personas todavía no saturadas por la infamia que acumula ultimamente el PNV tras de sí. Saben que en el mundo el PNV sería tratado como amigo de terroristas. También saben que (PCTV) es HB-ETA, y lo más probable es que sea ilegalizado tarde o temprano con la montaña de pruebas que se está acumulando en este sentido.

Además es un grupo con su propia agenda política que les crearía problemas en el dia a dia.

Buscar apoyo en el PSOE vergonzante sería lo más inteligente por su parte, pues podrían obtener un estatuto muy similar en contenido al Plan Ibarretxe y mandarían ellos, la pega es que tendrían que renunciar formalmente a su plan, y simular que no van a por la independencia, aunque ese sea su objetivo a largo plazo.

Su problema es que el fanatismo independentista se ha extendido por el PNV a todos los niveles, y no creo que los independentistas posibilistas se puedan imponer.

La “solución” ya la estamos viendo, pactar con IU y la izquierda vasca, y actuar a continuación como si tubieran mayoría, contando con que HB-ETA les apoyará en las votaciones importantes, y llegando de facto a un pacto de gobierno con ellos.

Vamos a tener una repetición de la legislatura anterior. Prepotente gobierno en minoría, apoyado de facto pero precariamente por los votos de HB-ETA, incapaz de gestionar el día a día y que sólo consigue aprobar leyes sectariamente nazionalistas. Mientras, la gestión económica se paraliza, el ejecutivo no consigue ni aprobar los presupuestos porque está en minoría.

La maniobra del PSOE de no ilegalizar ahora un partido que tendrán que ilegalizar después es muy arriesgada, pues cada vez más gente se dará cuenta de que han utilizado HB-ETA para intentar obligar al PNV a pactar con ellos. Han tenido un cierto éxito, la torpe política del apaciguamiento ha conseguido el apoyo de mucha gente que quiere creer que funciona.

Además los votos que fueron de HB al PNV en las pasadas elecciones han vuelto a su sitio. Pero van listos si creen que el PNV va a pactar con ellos a menos que se sitúen como IU y apoyen el Plan Ibarretxe. Al final, se han rebajado y han cedido ante los nazionalistas para nada.

Espero que sus votantes se den cuenta y cuando desaparezca ZP de la escena, el PSOE vuelva a ser un partido español y no el hazmerreir euskadiano-español en que lo han convertido ZP y Patxi.

En clave de humor, hasta los nazionalistas se ríen de cómo aquí estamos jodidos pero no cambia nada.

En un programa de ETB sale un trasunto de Ibarreche teniendo que escoger entre dos tarjetas del 123, una entregada por Otegi y la otra por Patxi Lopez, duda un poco, pregunta a ver si no puede no escoger y al final escoge la de Otegi. El presentador la lee y el regalo resulta ser un piso en Estella-Lizarra. Que fastidio! Dice Ibarretxe, ya tengo uno y tiene unas goteras terribles. No hay quien pare, y ahora otro...

En una familia de nazionalistas PNV llega a casa la hija que quiere un puesto de funcionaria y que no consigue aprobar los examenes del EGA (cuasi-filología vasca). !Maldita sea que no ha ganado el Patxi Lopez ese! .¿Pues?! !que dices hija! Le responde el padre. ¿Desde cuando votas PSOE?. No si yo no le he votado, dice la chica. Pero por una vez podrían haber ganado, bajarían el nivel (exigido) de euskara(vasco) y yo tendría mas posibilidades de sacar la plaza.

PD: Desde hace un tiempo la exigencia de dominio de vasco a un nivel cada vez más alto está empezando a ser un problema para los del PNV, pues la mayoria habla y vive en español. Están en desventaja frente a los batasunos, que están empezando a desplazar a los del PNV en la plantilla de las entidades públicas y para-públicas.

Reading the press these days I´ve found a proposal from the minister of housing (no comments) to build communal “living solutions” of 30m2, and an article in a supplement dedicated to the Spanish mortgage market, in which very calm bank employees commented that a possible price fall, if happened, wouldn´t be significative.

With the present housing supply and demand balance, if the relatively low interest rates stay, banks think that the system stability and the potential clients´ ability to pay would allow to extend terms for mortgages to 45 years, explaining us, in a very didactic way, that in Japan, mortgages are up to 125 or 150 years, and they pay them along 3 generations, or the mortgage continues while the successive occupants of the flat change (that it is they get old and die).

I don´t know why, but It came to my mind in a flash, a sunday supplement from the first 80´s, when cold war, with its illustrations and everything, about how a nuclear attack wasn´t so terrible, and in fact it was possible to survive, providing readers with wise and bizarre instructions about how to construct a homemade atomic refuge.

Next I remembered an article with illustration from a history text book that instructed us about the harsh conditions in which lived servants, assigned to parcels they cannot leave.

It is well-known that real estate prices, and its exponential growth is a problem in Spain. Before the elections PSOE blamed for everything to PP, but now it is clear that they are not able to stop it or have any ideas about how to attenuate it.

The main problem, lack of supply of buildable areas, isn´t possible to correct from the central government, because urbanism issues depend on City councils, and in a lesser extent, on regional autorities. When PP was in charge, tried to reform this issue the correct way, liberalizing the concession of building permits, but it couldn´t put it to work, due to a judicial litigation that declared it unconstitutional.

Increasing the supply of buildable land means to lower costs and to debilitate the strongest position in this market, which is holded by the land/house owner, backed by a artificially restricted supply, who continuously forces prices up.

Parties didn´t dare either to facilitate expulsion of indebted or squater like renters, nor to facilitate debt collection, because spanish legislation, that the central government could change, is absolutely biased to “protect” the “weakest” parties, those who fail to fulfill contracts, with that legal protection few owners will offer to rent their properties, and if they do so, will request a corresponding risk premium, the one month rent price, is a little above the monthly mortgage price.

Back to the main problem, it turned out that the City councils are financed in a very high proportion with taxes on the increase of the value experimented for real estates, or on the value of works, they even receive lands as part of the building permit procedure to be able to construct. They need that money to continue spending what they spend. If they do not collect they would have to spend less, something that few mayors of any party would desire.

In this state of things, City councils, that determine in which parcels is allowed to construct what kind of buildings, act like a typical monopolist, trying to maximize benefit, to retain land and enhance speculation as much as they can. In the end, they are the ones more interested in price increases.

It is not rare to find a City council in which it is only possible to construct in less than 1% of its total surface, and in addition they only allow to construct villas.

The generated speculation and absurd situation have been and are outrageous. There are many spanish cities where a sky line with 10 or 14 floors towers suddenly emerge from the field mushroom like, next to the cement, it´s very possible for the cows to take advantage of the grass, because houses are only built where the city council says.

PSOE, with its sectarianism is one more problematic factor insisting on more public intervention, VPOs and other tax mechanisms that actually locate heavier fiscal load on free market houses in order to build subsidized VPOs, that inevitably will push prices more on the rise.

This system is equivalent to conpel the youngest to pay an enormous tax, absolutely opaque, and not approved by any parliament, to finance City councils. Just in case it wasn´t monstrous enough.

In short, our political system prevents any generalized build permit liberalization.
Even more, this situation of immensely lucrative activity that depends on discretionary administrative concession feeds continuous corruption and illegal financing cases inside parties.

You can have a mayor who in his City council liberalizes land permits as much as possible, but the regional autorities are there to say them that they disallow that population from growing too much, because they are not being able to give proper services to that population.
We are not lacking either ecologists who proclaim shrub supremacy over man. Nor envious politicians harmed in their speculative wrongdoings from sharing as neighbour a City council that lowers real estate prices. Even citizens may bother, because their property do not fare as well as others.

For a problem like this constitutional reforms are required to enable a building permit liberalization, which therefore will push real estate prices to reasonable prices. The solution is not more public intervention or more 30 square meters VPOs .

Leyendo la prensa estos dias ha coincidido la propuesta de la ministra de vivienda (sic) de soluciones habitacionales comunales de 30m2, con un artículo en un suplemento dedicado al mercado hipotecario español, en el que bancarios muy tranquilos, comentaban que una posible caida del precio de los pisos, si sucedía, no sería de importancia.

Con la oferta y la demanda actual de pisos, si se mantienen los tipos de interés relativamente bajos, opinan los bancos que la estabilidad del sistema y la capacidad de pago de los potenciales clientes permitiría alargar los plazos de las hipotecas a 45 años, aclarándonos, muy didácticos, que en Japón las hipotecas son a 125 o 150 años, y que las pagan entre 3 generaciones, o bien la hipoteca sigue viva mientras cambian(esto es envejecen y mueren) los sucesivos ocupantes del piso.

No sé porqué, pero me vino a la cabeza, como en un flash, un dominical de los primeros años 80, cuando la guerra fría, con sus ilustraciones y todo, acerca de cómo un ataque nuclear no era tan terrible, y que de hecho era posible sobrevivir, proporcionando a los lectores sabias y bizarras instrucciones acerca de cómo era posible construir un refugio atómico casero.

A continuación me vino a la cabeza una ilustración con artículo de un libro de texto de historia que hablaba sobre las duras condiciones de los siervos adscritos a la tierra que no pueden abandonar.

Es notorio que el asunto del crecimiento exponencial de los precios de los pisos es un problema en España. Antes el PSOE culpaba de todo al PP, pero ahora es patente que tampoco ellos son capaces o tienen ideas para atenuarlo.

El principal problema, la falta de oferta de suelo edificable, no es posible corregir desde el gobierno central, pues las competencias de urbanismo dependen de los Ayuntamientos, y en menor medida de las comunidades autónomas. En su día el PP intentó una reforma por el camino correcto, liberalizar el suelo, pero no pudo ponerla en marcha al ser inconstitucional.

El ampliar la oferta de suelo hubiera significado abaratar costes y debilitar la posición más fuerte en este mercado, la del propietario de suelo/pisos, que apoyado en una oferta artificialmente restringida, fuerza los precios continuamente al alza.

Tampoco se han atrevido desde los partidos a facilitar el desalojo del inquilino moroso, ni a facilitar el cobro de deudas, pues la legislación española, que el gobierno central sí podria cambiar, está absolutamente orientada a “proteger” a la parte más “débil”, la que incumple, con lo cual, los pocos propietarios que sacan su piso al mercado piden la correspondiente prima de riesgo, y su precio se acerca a la mensualidad de la hipoteca.

Volviendo al problema principal, resulta que los Ayuntamientos se financian en una proporción muy alta con impuestos sobre el incremento del valor de los bienes inmuebles, o sobre el valor de las obras, y reciben terrenos como parte del procedimiento para poder construir. Necesitan ese dinero para seguir gastando lo que gastan. Si no lo recaudan tendrían que gastar menos, algo a lo que pocos alcaldes de cualquier color están dispuestos.

En este estado de cosas, los Ayuntamientos, que determinan en qué parcelas pueden construirse qué edificios, actúan como un monopolista típico, tratando de maximizar beneficio, retener suelo y provocar toda la especulación que puedan, y en la que ellos son los mayores interesados en que suba el precio.

No es raro el Ayuntamiento en el que sólo se puede construir en menos del 1% de la superficie municipal, y en el que además sólo se pueden construir chalets.

La especulación y el absurdo generado con este estado de cosas ha sido y es rampante. Existen muchas ciudades españolas donde los frentes de torres de 10 o 14 pisos asoman repentinamente, emergiendo del campo como champiñones, junto a los bloques, es bien posible que las vacas aprovechen los pastos, y es que las casas sólo se construyen donde dice el ayuntamiento.

El PSOE ,encima, con su sectarismo es un factor más del problema insistiendo en más intervención pública, VPOs y demás mecanismos impositivos que en la práctica sitúan mayor carga fiscal sobre la vivienda libre para edificar protegida, actuación que inevitablemente empujará los precios más al alza.

Por si ya no fuera lo bastante monstruoso este sistema que equivale a que los más jóvenes paguen un enorme impuesto, absolutamente opaco, y no aprobado por ningún parlamento, para financiar a los Ayuntamientos.

En resumidas cuentas, nuestro sistema político impide cualquier liberalización generalizada de suelo. Encima, esta situación de actividad inmensamente lucrativa que depende de graciosa concesión administrativa alimenta continuos casos de corrupción y financiación ilegal de partidos.

Puede haber un alcalde que en su Ayuntamiento liberalice lo más posible el suelo, pero ahí está la comunidad autónoma para decirle que no está bien que crezca tanto, que se lo prohibe por no poder dar los servicios correspondientes a esa población.

Tampoco faltarán los ecologistas que proclamen la supremacía del arbusto sobre el hombre. Ni los políticos envidiosos perjudicados en sus manejos especulativos por tener como vecino a un Ayuntamiento que abarata suelo y pisos. Igual hasta se molestan los vecinos, porque sus pisos no suben tanto como los demás.

Para un problema así se requieren reformas constitucionales que hagan posible liberalizar el suelo, así se conseguirá que los inmuebles tengan un precio razonable, y es que la solución no es más intervención o más VPO de 30m2 .

Today around 8% of the residents in Spain are inmigrants (spanish). 80% have arrived in the last 10 years . At this rate, in 50 years they could be majority. This change has happened without any significant public debate on the phenomenon.

Those politically correct say “there is no problem, we welcome everybody who wish being here “. But not even this idea supporters dare to put it openly in practise. That is not possible, anyone understands that if 50 million people suddenly entered we would have some problems impossible to surpass.

The certain thing is that a state is not a NGO, indeed it looks more like a company, and to perform profitably in its shareholders´ benefit, it must consider only as such to those who inherits, participations, buy them or they contribute in some way to societary interests. Any company would give actions to third parties only by the fact they exist unless they contribute with something of interest.

A country shouldn´t behave differently if it wants to subsist. For that reason it should be openly discussed how many immigrants Spain needs. Evidently, it doesn´t make sense to restrict entrance to rich foreigners, or those with very high qualification, because their presence probably will imply interesting contributions for the nation.

On the other hand, daily coexistence with emigrants who come from areas that reject our values is more problematic, in short, to their positive contribution we should reduce this negative input to them, which implies, that when assigning inmigration quotas by areas or countries their entrance would be as restricted as possible.

This implies to give a clear preference to American and European immigration at the expenses of the Islamic inmigration.

Immigration, in general, is beneficial for the economy of the country that receives it, although it affects nationals in a different way.

Immigration effects are so misunderstood by the Spanish politicians... specially by leftist politicians. It is possible to understand their ignorance to what happens in the U.S.A. , but it is unbelievable that watching so much towards France, they hasn´t seen anything.

They would have noticed that the immigrants are hard competitors for the less qualified national workers, usually they are willing to work more by much less.

These workers who are regular leftist voters, are seriously harmed by the massive immigrant arrival, and, as the left does not defend their interests, they change to the extreme right. The left does not worry because they think that local workers´vote is a captive vote, and in addition those newcomers vote to them, but this does not seem to be true.

More qualified workers usually get beneficiated, because the income differential among them and the less qualified tend to increase and immigrants provide services nonexistent before or very expensive. Also they benefit from a improved economic dynamism.

Those who have a capital win more, because they have the power to take advantage of the best situation for local economy, and they have more manpower available at better prices.

What neither right nor left seem to understand to and is that the emigrants don´t leave their country because they desire to do so. Income and labor conditions differential needs to be very acute to produce significative movements. For example income differences between Greece and Denmark are very considerable, but they are not enough to produce a population movement.

We tend to believe that our country is the best place to live in the whole world, which also happens in other latitudes, therefore, the place where immigrants wanted to be, is usually in their native country. When they arrive here, a high percentage comes with the idea of returning home with money... which is in emitting and receiver contries´ best interests.

To the emitting countries, their interests are to maintain bonds with the emigrants, to receive remittances, and that when that persons retire and bring their rents or initiate a business, they do it there. On the other hand, those who were abroad tend to be the most qualified workers of that country and to obtain their returnal is important for any nation development.

To the receiving countries their interests are to have a contingent of workers available in situations of economic expansion, but when a crisis arrives, it would be better that the non-necessary workers return to their country instead of remaining here without work or bring unemployment to others. In addition, facilitating immigrant return to their country diminishes the efforts to integrate them and lightens the burden of social benefits.

Our migratory laws have walked along the opposite way. Officially, on paper, all posible restrictions, in real life, every few years governments managed by different parties have chosen to give papers to all illegal migrants, only to shut the window next. It has been said that this behaviour generates a call effect that attracts immigrants from inside and outside the UE, and it is truth.

What you won´t hear about this policy of papers for everybody and big bolt “cerrojazo” next, is that it condemns at permanent placement at people who would be here temporarily if they would have the security that they were going to be able to go and come from their country every time they want to work here.

It wouldn´t be dificult to give permissions to work and enjoy temporary residence lasting 5, 10 years or something like this, recognizing these people the right to enter and to leave every time they want, and a priority to renew their permission if concurring with new applicants.

Acting this way basically those who interests us will enter because the demand for workers will be covered and without work few illegals will come. Anyone who wants to remain in Spain could do so, and if unwilling, they will be able to return to its country with the security that if they needed they will be able to work in Spain.

Sobre las políticas de inmigración

Se dice que alrededor del 8% de los residentes en España soninmigrantes . El 80% ha llegado en los últimos 10 años. A este ritmo, en 50 años podrían ser mayoría. Este cambio simplemente ha sucedido sin que tenga lugar un debate público digno de tal nombre sobre el fenómeno.

Lo políticamente correcto parece ser “ aquí no hay problema, que vengan todos los que quieran “.
Ni siquiera quienes apoyan de boquilla esta idea se atreven a ponerla en práctica abiertamente.
Eso no es posible, cualquiera entiende que si entraran de repente 50 millones de personas tendríamos problemas imposibles de superar.

Lo cierto es que un estado no es una ONG, se parece más a una empresa, y para funcionar de forma rentable en beneficio de sus accionistas, sólo debe considerar como tales a quienes heredan, participaciones, las compran o bien aportan algo de interés a la sociedad. A ninguna compañía se le ocurriría regalar acciones a terceros por el hecho de existir si no aportan algo de interés.

Un país no debiera de obrar de forma diferente si quiere subsistir. Por eso se deberá debatir claramente cuántos inmigrantes necesita España. Evidentemente no tiene sentido poner pegas a la entrada de extranjeros ricos, o con muy alta cualificación, pues su presencia supondrá aportaciones de interés para el conjunto.

Por otra parte, la convivencia con emigrantes que provienen de areas refractarias a nuestros valores es más problemática, en resumidas cuentas, a su aportación positiva hay que restarles la negativa, lo cual implica, que al asignar las cuotas de entrada por áreas o países se debería restringir su entrada tanto como sea posible.

Esto implica dar una clara preferencia a la inmigración americana y europea en detrimento de la islámica.

La inmigración, en general, es beneficiosa para la economía del país que la recibe, si bien afecta a los nacionales de forma diferente.

Los efectos de la inmigración son muy incomprendidos por los políticos españoles, especialmente por los de izquierda. Se puede entender que no sepan qué pasa en EEUU pero parece mentira que mirando tanto a Francia no hayan visto nada.

Se deberían de haber dado cuenta de que los inmigrantes compiten duramente con los trabajadores nacionales menos cualificados, ya que suelen estar dispuestos a trabajar más por mucho menos.

Estos trabajadores que suelen votar más a las izquierdas, salen gravemente perjudicados por la llegada masiva de inmigrantes, y como la izquierda no defiende sus intereses se pasan a la extrema derecha. La izquierda no se preocupa porque cree que es voto cautivo y que además los que vienen les votan a ellos, pero esto no parece ser así.

Los trabajadores más cualificados tienden a salir beneficiados, pues suele incrementarse la diferencia de ingresos entre ellos y los menos cualificados, los inmigrantes proporcionan servicios antes inexistentes o muy caros y también se benefician de un mayor dinamismo económico.

Quienes poseen un capital ganan todavía más al poder aprovechar la mejor situación de la economía local y tener disponible más mano de obra a mejores precios.

Lo que no parecen entender a izquierda y derecha es que el emigrante no se va de su país porque le apetece. La diferencia de renta y de condiciones laborales ha de ser muy aguda para producir movimientos significativos. Por ejemplo las diferencias de renta entre Grecia y Dinamarca son muy considerables, pero no bastan para producir un movimiento de población.

Tendemos a creer que nuestro país es el mejor lugar del mundo para vivir, lo cual también sucede en otras latitudes, así el inmigrante donde quiere estar suele ser en su país de orígen. Cuando llegan aquí, un porcentaje alto lo hace con la idea de volver con dinero a su casa ... que es lo que interesa al país emisor y al receptor.

Al país emisor le interesa mantener el vínculo con el emigrante, recibir remesas, y que cuando esa persona se retire traiga sus rentas o inicie un negocio lo haga allí. Por otra parte quienes se van tienden a ser los trabajadores más cualificados de ese país y conseguir que retornen es importante para el desarrollo nacional.

Al país receptor le interesa tener un colchón de trabajadores disponible en situaciones de expansión económica, pero cuando llega una crisis, lo idóneo seria que los trabajadores no necesarios se vuelvan a su país en vez de quedarse parados o mandar a otros al paro. Además facilitar que el inmigrante retorne a su país disminuye los esfuerzos de integrarlos y aligera las prestaciones sociales.

Nuestras regulaciones de extranjería han ido por el camino contrario. Oficialmente, sobre el papel, todo dificultades, en la vida real, cada pocos años gobierno de diferentes signos han optado por darles papeles a todos los ilegales, para volver a cerrar la ventanilla a continuación. Se ha dicho que esto genera un efecto llamada que atrae a inmigrantes de dentro y fuera de la UE, y es verdad.

Lo que no se dice es que esta política de papeles para todos y cerrojazo a continuación, condena a la estancia permanente a muchos que estaría temporalmente si tubieran la seguridad de que iban a poder ir y venir de su país todas las veces que quieran para trabajar aquí.

No sería dificil dar permiso de residencia y trabajo temporales por 5, 10 años o algo así, reconociendo a estas personas el derecho a entrar y salir todas las veces que quieran, así como prioridad para renovar su permiso frente a nuevos solicitantes.

De esta forma entrará básicamente quien nos interese pues la demanda de trabajadores estará cubierta y no habiendo trabajo pocos ilegales vendrán. El quiera podrá quedarse en España, y el que no podrá volver a su país con la seguridad de que si lo necesita podrá trabajar en España.

When the words lie

Means that somebody wishes to make true something that does not exist, or has another name. It is common practice in totalitarian regimes, and among people who despise individual rights.

For example, they denominate the propaganda ministry as the truth (or information), they call to military and repression ministries Peace and love, like in 1984. Frequently in these peoples´ mouth a word means the opposite, or his meaning has been deeply altered.

Amongst spaniards, for example, it is not clear what consensus means, because in Prisoe´s mouth it is possible to reach an agreement by “consenso” without the PP. At the moment, it rather means occasional agreement. We have heard a lot about “talante”, that in ZP and their friends hands´ has become sectarianism against those who are not “our people”

The words are not neutral, and when a person is overrun by the antispanish passion, you should presume that some words like Spain or spanish, that names uncomfortable realities, would be replaced by slang like central state or inaccuracies like castilian.

If that person is a nazionalist, in their mouths the word basque, of which they had appropriated, means Basque nazionalist.

The sad thing is that many people to coexist easier with them, speak like Prisaics and nazionalists ones. For that reason I are not going to cease calling things by their names and terms like castilian, central state, “talante”, consensus... and similars I will try to use as minimum as possible .

On the other hand, there are different realities that are named the same way, getting benefit from the confusion. A internationally known case is the term liberal, that in the U.S.A. rather means socialist, but that is after a period that gave foot to confuse true liberals with socialists at last ones benefit.

At this moment, in Spain confusion is being generated around the word nationalist, because it places in the same group substantially different subjects. Indeed all nationalists want the best thing for their country, they tend to overshow what differences them from others, and usually they have a certain degree of superiority complex.

It happens that the Basque and Catalan separatists pretend that their nazionalism is comparable to the spanish nationalism. Nevertheless, the degree of aggressiveness against individual rights caused by this nazionalism is such, that they have more similarities with the German nationalism of the Nazi time.

For that reason I believe is more accurate to refer to them as nazionalists, term that defines them better.

Cuando las palabras mienten

Significa que alguien desea hacer realidad algo que no existe, o tiene otro nombre. Es práctica habitual en regímenes totalitarios, y entre gentes poco respetuosas con los derechos individuales.

Por ejemplo al ministerio de propaganda lo denominan de la verdad (o de la información), a los ministerios de guerra y de represión los llaman de la paz y del amor, como en 1984. Frecuentemente en la boca de esta gente una palabra quiere decir todo lo contrario, o bien su significado ha sido profundamente alterado.

Entre los españoles, por ejemplo, no está claro lo que quiere decir consenso, pues en boca del Prisoe es posible llegar a un acuerdo por “consenso” sin el PP. En estos momentos, significa más bien acuerdo puntual. Mucho se hablado del talante, que en manos de ZP y sus amigos se convierte en sectarismo contra quienes no son “de los suyos”

Las palabras no son neutrales, y cuando la pasión antiespañola ha calado en una persona, es de esperar que algunas palabras como España o español, que designan realidades incómodas, sean sustituidas por palabros como estado central o por inexactitudes como castellano.

Si además se dá el caso de que es nazionalista, en su boca la palabra vasco, de la cual se han apropiado, quiere decir vasco nazionalista.

Lo triste es que mucha gente para caer bien, habla como los Prisaicos y nazionalistas. Por eso yo no voy a dejar de llamar a las cosas por su nombre y términos como castellano, estado central, talante, consenso... y similares procuro emplearlos lo mínimo posible.

Por otra parte, hay realidades distintas que se nombran de forma idéntica, sacando provecho de la confusión. Un caso internacionalmente conocido es el del término liberal, que en EEUU significa más bien socialista, pero ello ha sido despues de un periodo que dió pie a confundir liberales con socialistas en beneficio de estos últimos.

En este momento, en España se está generando confusión con la palabra nacionalista, pues se mete en el mismo grupo a sujetos sustancialmente diferentes. Efectivamente todos los nacionalistas quieren lo mejor para su país, tienden a resaltar lo que los diferencia de otros, y suelen tener un cierto complejo de superioridad.

Sucede que los separatistas vascos y catalanes pretenden que su nazionalismo es comparable al nacionalismo español. Sin embargo el grado de agresividad contra los derechos individuales de este nazionalismo es tal, que tienen más similitud con el nacionalismo alemán de la época nazi.

Por eso creo oportuno referirme a ellos como nazionalistas, término que les define mejor.

Sour fruits of Positive Discrimination

A new fashion has arisen to the spanish political class. Apparently they have discovered the wonders of positive discrimination. Zapatero is not alone in implanting this type of measures. In the Basque autonomous community do not want to be left behind in that race and there is a law (in spanish) already that will force parties to present their ballot lists with a 51-49 percentage (51 allocated for women, 49 not allocated).

At least PP resists to these foolish and counter-productive measures, but as always, low profiled, without making a stand and explaining their reasons openly. It isn´t wondering that the public in general doesn´t understand the problem and he gets seduce by those cardboard-stone “liberals” of always.

The point is that this has been experienced before, among other sites in the U.S.A., where already almost for 10 years they have been recovering from this disease... walking in opposite direction.

Women or minorities presence had been stimulated many years, in education, companies, or any area. The results and dynamic created are counter-productive as it is to suppose with estatists and interventionist iniciatives.

Dynamics generated with these experiments are terrible. First, they have not contributed to diminish negative perception towards those who it is trying to promote, but they had done the opposite. A state intervention is a 0 sum game, it harms a group for anothers´ benefit using state coercive force.

Thouse who feel negatively affected in their lives by these “positive” discriminations tend to develop resentment towards the group that supposedly benefitted at their expenses, although in their personal case, these discriminations were not the reason because the affected ones were unsuccessful in obtaining their objectives. The number of people who consider themselves damaged, is much bigger that the real number of harmed persons.

On the other hand, if one goes to a place where there is a person who probably occupies that position because “positive” discrimination, the logical reaction is not to trust the subject that has driven you there to that person, that is, if you can choose. Before, the logical reaction would be the opposite, because supposition would fit that they had demonstrated to be more capable than the rest to overcome the discrimination in place.

Instead, now, you may suppose that anyone who has not enjoyed “positive” discrimination is more capable.

At heart the people knows it. Let us imagine a survey with the following question: Do you consider PSOE quota ministers more, less or equal capable than their non-cuota companions?

The answer would tend to the average, but probably more people would think that they are less capable. The bad thing is that the logic conclusions were not deduced from these more or less conscious opinions.

The result of these policies is that the existing prejudices were reinforced with other more or less real, and worse still, with logical reasons in the same direction.

But the damage done to the population group to which they tried to help does not finish here. These aids create pressure groups, and aids-dependent populations, who try to extend and reinforce laws without common sense because their individual position depends on them.

A network of interests, opposite to the common good has been created around these mistaken policies. In addition, the population group favored, tends to make less effort, because they know that are competing only within their favored group, and not with the whole population.

As such discrimination, is not long term sustainable, because the discriminated group will tend to react against the privileged people, and is very probable that in the long run, a movement of opposite sign would take place far away from what would be fair.

Los amargos frutos de la Discriminación Positiva

Ha llegado una nueva moda a la clase política española. Al parecer han descubierto las maravillas de la discriminación positiva. Zapatero no es el único en implantar este tipo de medidas. En la comunidad autónoma del País Vasco no quieren ser menos y ya hay una ley que obligará a los partidos a presentar listas paritarias.

Por lo menos el PP se resiste a estas medidas insensatas y contraproducentes, pero como siempre, por lo bajo, sin dar la cara y sin explicar abiertamente sus motivos. No es de extrañar que el público en general no termine de entender el problema y se deje seducir por la progresía de cartón-piedra de los de siempre.

El caso es que esto ha sido experimentado antes, entre otros sitios en EEUU, donde hace ya casi 10 años que están de vuelta de esta fiebre... y caminando en dirección contraria.

La presencia de mujeres o minorías ha sido incentivada muchos años, en la educación, en las empresas, o en cualquier ámbito. Los resultados y las dinámicas creadas son contraproducentes como es de esperar con actuaciones estatistas e intervencionistas.

La dinámica generada con estos experimentos es terrible. Para empezar, no han contribuido a disminuir la percepción negativa hacia quienes se quiere promocionar, sino todo lo contrario. Una intervención estatal es un juego de suma 0, se perjudica a un grupo para beneficiar a otro usando la fuerza coactiva del estado.

Quienes se sienten afectados negativamente en su vida por estas discriminaciones “positivas” tienden a desarrollar rencor hacia el grupo que supuestamente se benefició a su costa, aunque en su caso concreto estas discriminaciones no fueran la causa de que los afectados fracasaran en conseguir sus objetivos. Es mucho mayor el número de personas que se consideran dañadas, que la cantidad real de afectados.

Por otra parte, si se va a un sitio donde hay una persona que se sospecha que ocupa ese puesto por la discriminación “positiva”, la reación lógica es no confiar el asunto que te ha llevado hasta allí a esa persona si es que puedes elegir. Antes, la reacción lógica sería la contraria, pues cabría suponer que ha tenido que demostrar que era más capaz que el resto para vencer la discriminación que hubiera.

En cambio, ahora, cabe suponer que quien no ha sido objeto de discriminación “positiva” es más capaz.

En el fondo el pueblo es consciente de ello. Imaginemos que se hace una encuesta con la siguiente pregunta: Considera a las ministras de cuota del PSOE más, menos o igual de capaces que sus compañeros ministros.

La respuesta tendería al medio, pero probablemente más personas opinarían que son menos capaces.
Lo malo es que no se sacan las conclusiones lógicas de estas opiniones más o menos conscientes.

El resultado de estas políticas es que se refuerzan los prejuicios existentes con otros más o menos reales, y peor todavía, con motivos lógicos en la misma dirección.

Pero el perjuicio para el grupo de población al que se ha pretendido ayudar no acaba aquí. Estas ayudas crean grupos de presión y poblaciones que dependen de las ayudas para mantener su posición, la cual deben a leyes sin sentido común que tratan de ampliar y reforzar.

Se ha creado una red de intereses contrarios al bien común alrededor de estas políticas equivocadas.
El grupo de población favorecido tiende además a esforzarse menos, pues sabe que sólo compite con los otros favorecidos, y no con el conjunto de la población.

Como tal discriminación no es sostenible a largo plazo, pues el grupo discriminado tenderá a reaccionar contra los privilegiados, y es muy probable que a la larga se produzca un movimiento de signo contrario más alla de lo que sería justo.

About the lack of any common project

A year has gone since PSOE “governs” and that deficiency is more evident ever. This problem isn´t new in Spain, in fact, it began crawling 200 years ago.

At that time America was lost, and the Inquisition was closed. Until then, the national ideal had been the expansion of the Universitas Christiana, a community to which people belongs by the fact of being Christian. This expansion took place by birth or conversion.

It is not a Spanish ideal in origin, but European beginning in roman and carolingian empires, and later in the sacred roman-germanic empire. The height of the Protestantism in the rest of Europe, and the practice by France of a “raison d´etat” policy non tied to a concrete religion, caused that Spain, was left alone with this ideal supported by her monarchy.

According to this ideal, the kings and the people act fulfilling their duties of which they will have to respond before God, and the relations in the community are driven by love and service to God criterions. Certainly this wasn´t true in many occasions, but many key facts of the history of Spain can´t be understood without taking this into account.

It is not accidental that was in Spain where the principles of international law were systematized for the first time, or where it was spoken for the first time openly about the rightness of killing a tyrant, or where it was discussed for the first time if Spain was entitled or not to wage war against the Indians.

The pacification policy of Carlos I and Felipe II towards a hostile, militarily inferior, France was not accidental either, because it was a christian country, so war should be avoided, and reserved for hostile unfaithful countries. In the event, the situation were considered from the “raison d´etat” point of view, the most likely result would had been a conquest war like the hundred years´ war.

There are many similar examples and situations in the history of Spain.

After the historical spanish ideal was left, we hadn´t managed to replace it. During c.XIX, in the beginning, liberalism was tried with the 1812 constitution , but it failed due to FernandoVII´s resistance and lack of vision, and later bacause some extremists´ radicalism.

In the XX century the spanish Republic proposed the Soviet ideal, replaced later by Franco, who tried to restore the traditional Spanish ideal, already out of its historical time . None these attempts was successful, because half of the country preferred the other ideal.

Now the PSOE proposes the ideal of the antiSpain, similar to the traditional but the other way around, although the other half or more of the spaniards is against that.

Before the PP selflimited to show the accounts of their wonderful management, but that didn´t replace an ideal or a future project in common.

No matter how much it annoys to some people, I am afraid that the only ideal that is possible to share today, in Spain and the West, by a large enough sector is the liberalism: Individual freedom, Law and Order, well-being, Control to the political Power... and the best example of that is in the United States.

Sobre la falta de un proyecto en común

Hace un año que “gobierna” el PSOE y esta carencia es más evidente que nunca. Este problema no es nuevo en España, de hecho se arrastra desde hace mucho tiempo, unos 200 años.

En esa época se perdió América, y se clausuró la Inquisición. Hasta entonces, el ideal nacional había sido la expansión de la Universitas Christiana, una comunidad a la que se pertenece por el hecho de ser cristiano. Esta expansión se produjo por nacimiento o por conversión.

No es un ideal español en origen, sino europeo de orígen romano y carolingio, con un largo recorrido en el sacro imperio romano-germánico. El auge del protestantismo en el resto de Europa, y la práctica por Francia de una política de razón de estado no vinculada a una religión concreta, provocó que España, fuera el único pais donde esta ideal siguió apoyado por su monarquia.

Según este ideal, los reyes y el pueblo actúan cumpliendo un deber del que tendrán que dar cuenta a Dios, y las relaciones entre los miembros de la comunidad se rigen por criterio de amor y servicio a Dios. Ciertamente esto no fué así en muchas ocasiones, pero muchos hechos clave de la historia de España no se entienden sin tener esto en cuenta.

No es casual que fuera en España donde se sistematizaron por primera vez los principios del derecho de gentes (o internacional), donde por primera vez se habló abiertamente de la licitud del tiranicidio, o donde se discutió por primera vez si era lícita o no la guerra contra los indios.

Tampoco es casual la política de apaciguamiento de Carlos I y de Felipe II frente a una Francia hostil, inferior militarmente, pues se trata de un país cristiano frente a que se debe evitar la guerra, que se reserva para el infiel hostil. Considerando la situación desde el punto de vista de la razón de estado, lo esperable hubiera sido una guerra de conquista como la de los cien años.

Ejemplos y situaciones parecidas hay muchas en la historia de España.

Desde que se abandonó el ideal histórico de España, no se ha logrado sustituir por otro. Durante el s.XIX al principio se intentó el liberalismo con la constitución de 1812, pero fracasó en buena parte debido a la resistencia y falta de visión de FernandoVII, y al radicalismo de algunos extremistas después.

En el s. XX la República propuso el ideal soviético, y luego vino Franco, ya con el tiempo histórico cambiado a reinstaurar el ideal español tradicional. Ninguno de estos intentos tuvo éxito, pues la mitad del pais prefería el otro ideal.

Ahora el PSOE propone el ideal de la antiespaña, vamos como el tradicional pero al revés, claro la otra mitad de los españoles o más en contra.

Antes el PP se limitó a presentar las cuentas de su magnífica gestión, pero eso no sustituye a un ideal o a un proyecto futuro en común.

Por mucho que fastidie a algunos, me temo que el único ideal que es posible compartir en España y en Occidente por un sector lo bastante grande es el del liberalismo: Libertad individual, Ley y Orden, bienestar, Control al Poder político, Estado mínimo... y cuyo mejor ejemplo está en los Estados Unidos.

Marxists undermine Jesuit company

Almost everybody among informed people, know that the decay for the jesuits was due to marxist penetration in their ranks, and later their restless to fullfill their vote of obedience to the Pope. But it isn´t so clear why that transformation took place.

The other day I saw a film of the time when that process began. It is “La boda del señor cura (AKA:The wedding of Mr Priest)”, it is a costumbrist film, hampered by the ephemeral and miserly fashion of “destape(undress)”, but very descriptive of those facts and that atmosphere in Spain.

Politically motivated priests, (in the beginning with franco and falange) refuse to follow the discipline inside the order they entered. Sometimes with reason, for not tolerating diverse abuses.

Later, they trust political authorities, but these turn out to be more arbitrary than the religious ones. The result is that they end up arguing with both, which locates them outside the order and against the civilian authorities.

Often, everything started with good will on their side, but after self-distancing from their brotherhood, the result is an approach to the organized structures of those whom they want to help, and the worker-priest quickly join a labor union .

Gradually, he introduce himself in that world and he is soaked well of Marxist Literature, without reading anything in a different direction (Ej: liberal) and in many cases ignoring the catholic church own theories..

Little by little he forgot the right routines of his priest years and feels forced to compensate by the other side, just in case somebody called him reactionary.

In some cases the progress of the marxistization disease is very slow, and it is possible to stop. Today they even you can find this type of priests in various degradation stages.

Finally, the priest, absolutely materialistic and marxistizated becomes a traitor, an agent at the service of the party and against the catholic church to which he intends to cause a damage the bigger the better.

This can be done from outside, leaving, or from within, dedicating himself to control the brotherhood in order to dedicate it to marxism (AKA liberation theology). After succeeding in their objective to control the company there is no group more sectarian neither more paranoic with regard to the obedience to the jerarquical superiors. They, the same people, who more because pride than logic began to disobey them.

On the other hand this isn´t history, since the representation continues, the mass-media tend to support to this type of people and the present atmosphere continues to support these marxistization processes.

Los marxistas corroen la Compañía de Jesús

Casi todas las personas bien informadas saben que la decadencia de los jesuitas se ha debido a la penetración del marxismo en sus filas, y a la quiebra del voto de obediencia al Papa. Lo que no está tan claro es cómo se dá esa transformación.

El otro día ví una película de la época en la que se inició ese proceso. Se trata de “La boda del señor cura”, es una película costumbrista lastrada por la efímera y cutre moda del destape, pero muy descriptiva de aquellos hechos y de aquel ambiente en España.

Curas políticamente comprometidos, (al principio con franco y la falange) se niegan a seguir la disciplina de la orden en la que han ingresado. A veces con razón, por no tolerar diversas arbitrariedades.

Luego, confían en las autoridades políticas, pero éstas resultan ser más arbitrarias que las religiosas.
El resultado es que terminan enfrentandose a unas y a otras, lo cual les sitúa fuera de la orden y en contra de la autoridad civil.

Muchas veces todo se inicia con buena voluntad por su parte, pero el alejamiento de la orden se traduce en un acercamiento a las estructuras organizadas de aquellos a quienes quieren ayudar, y el cura obrero se hace rápidamente sindicalista.

Gradualmente, se va introduciendo en ese mundo y se empapa bien de literatura marxista, sin leer nada en otro sentido (Ej: liberal) y en muchos casos ignorando la teoría propia de la iglesia católica.

Poco a poco va abandonando las costumbres ordenadas de su etapa de cura y se siente obligado a compensar por el otro lado, no sea que le tachen de reaccionario.

En algunos casos el progreso de la enfermedad de marxistización es muy lento y se puede llegar a detener. A día de hoy incluso quedan curas de este tipo en diferentes estados de degradación.

Finalmente, el cura, completamente materialista y marxistizado se convierte en un traidor, en un agente al servicio del partido y en contra de la iglesia católica a la que busca causar el mayor daño posible.

Esto se puede hacer desde fuera, saliendose, o desde dentro dedicandose a controlar la orden para dedicarla al marxismo (AKA teología de la liberación). Una vez logrado el objetivo de controlar la orden no hay grupo mas sectario ni más paranoico en lo que respecta a la obediencia a los superiores. Ellos, los mismos que más por orgullo que por razón empezaron a desobedecerlos.

Por otra parte esto no es historia, ya que la representación continúa, los medios tienden a apoyar a este tipo de sujetos y el ambiente actual sigue fomentando estos procesos de marxistización.

Likely trajectory of Ibarretxe´s plan

After its presentation, viewing different reactions from different sides, I will risk to prophetize on the future of Ibarretxe´s plan.

First are the Basque elections, with which nazionalists need to support the separatist plan. Zapatero´s hope is that the PNV will lose, the PSOE will “win”, and the medal for restraining “sin crispación” the soberanist drift would be owed to him. He knows that the PP would help in any local governement coalition, although their propaganda would fight to hide it.

All the nonnazionalists would wish that PNV lose elections, but to bet for that, as PSOE does, is to risk much.

If the PNV loses, the plan will go to drawer, until nazionalists win again the elections. If they win, the plan will follow its fixed trajectory. They will summon a referendum by all means and they would self-proclaim independent.

In this event, ZP will try to convince them to be good and nonseparatist, and will offer all kind of cessions, in the wave of the reform proposal of the statute written by Guevara, an ex-PNV. Secret meetings aside, It would be really hard. As a Basque Socialist commented, the PNV has a change of leadership, now it doesn´t have as ruler the cynical and opportunistic Arzalluz.

The present leader is Ibarretxe, an illuminated fanatic, and not Imaz, the theoretical leader, who in spite of what was said about his presumed “moderation”, thinks in a similar way to Arzalluz, but the new generations are so radical that he seems moderate by comparison.

Ibarretxe, the sect illuminated leader, wants that anyone going around the streets of “Euskadi” do so respecting properly the “land´s rights”, that is, singing: Hare hare, hare Krisna, Krisna hare, hare hare. Zapatero is ready to agree to with him and his sect and is able to “arrange a wide agreement” so that we would sing: Jiri jiri, jiri Jare, Jare jiri, jiri jiri.

If Arzalluz were the ruler, the subject would be solved with his characteristical cynicism and he would be said: Well, now we will say Jiri, but later, when we can, we will say Hare. Zapatero would flatter himself for solving the problem, and temporarily the nazionalists would be satisfied with ZP´s cessions.

But what is happening is that “clever” nazionalists, as I suspect, are now in evident minority inside the PNV, which fanaticals like Ibarretxe or Zenarruzabeitia, represents more properly. It´s going to be impossible to reach an agreement, Ibarretxe has by heart that anything an inch afar Hare hare is an evil españolist heresy, and the sect revelations of which he is guardian can´t be questioned even by their own prophet, Sabino Arana.

Consequently, they would summon an illegal referendum and they would self-proclaim independent.

ZP is a false, evil and cynical politician, as we all could see after a few hours during his declaration in the 11-M investigation commision, where his true face was exposed.

Dialoges aside, if he were confronted to a situation like this, he couldn´t let it run, although he would like, not because Spain concerns him or for the common good, but because he knows that after allowing a secession, PSOE would lose the elections, and would spend maaany years before they could win again.

For that reason he would take, against his inner self, any necessary measures to avoid a secession, and if it were precise, it would command the police to arrest a law-breaker Ibarretxe. Ah, and in the Basque provinces the nazionalists live so comfortably, that nobody should believe bizarre tales of supposed disturbances if nazionalists politicians who break the law were arrested. That was said before arresting Herri Batasuna board, and after that, only took place the usual disturbances and demostrations, and in the long term, less than before arresting them.

Some may think that I´m too optimist, but not at all, aside from the roulette of the Basque elections, I trust, as a second line, in the endless egoism and meanness of ZP and his party.

Probable trayectoria del Plan Ibarretxe

Después de vistas las diferentes reacciones de unos y otros a su presentación, me arriesgaré a profetizar sobre el futuro del plan Ibarretxe.

En primer lugar están las elecciones vascas, con las cuales se ha de refrendar el plan separatista. La esperanza de Zapatero es que el PNV pierda, gane el PSOE, y se pueda poner la medalla de frenar “sin crispación” la deriva soberanista. Sabe que cuenta con el apoyo del PP para eso, aunque ya se engargaría su propaganda de ocultarlo.

Todos los no nazionalistas deseamos que el PNV pierda, pero apostar por ello, como hace el PSOE es arriesgar mucho.

Si el PNV pierde, el plan irá al cajón, hasta que los nazionalistas vuelvan a ganar las elecciones. Como ganen, seguirá su trayectoria fijada. Convocarán como sea un referéndum y se autoproclamarán independientes.

En este caso, ZP tratará de convencerles para que sean buenos y no separatistas, y les ofrecerá todo tipo de cesiones en la onda de la propuesta de reforma del estatuto escrita por Guevara, un ex-PNV.
Reuniones secretas aparte, lo tiene muy dificil. Como comentaba un socialista vasco, el PNV ha cambiado de liderazgo, ahora no tiene al cínico y oportunista Arzalluz al frente.

El líder actual es Ibarretxe, un fanático iluminado, y no Imaz líder teórico, que a pesar de lo que se ha dicho sobre su presunta “moderación”, piensa de una forma similar a Arzalluz, pero las nuevas generaciones son tan radicales que parece moderado por comparación.

Ibarretxe, el líder iluminado de la secta, quiere que todos los que circulemos por las calles de “Euskadi” lo hagamos con propiedad y respeto a los “derechos de la tierra”, esto es, cantando: Hare hare, hare Krisna, Krisna hare, hare hare. Zapatero esta dispuesto a pactar con él y su secta y es capaz de “consensuarlo” para que cantemos: Jiri jiri, jiri Jare, Jare jiri, jiri jiri.

Si mandara Arzalluz, el asunto lo resolvería con su cinismo característico y se diría: Bien ahora diremos Jiri, pero luego, cuando nos convenga, diremos Hare. Zapatero se pavonearía de haber resuelto el problema, y los nazionalistas estarían temporalmente satisfechos con las cesiones de ZP.

Lo que pasa es que sospecho que los nazionalistas “listos” están en franca minoría ahora en el PNV, al que fanáticos de la categoría de Ibarretxe, o Zenarruzabeitia representan con más propiedad. Va a ser imposible llegar a ningún acuerdo, Ibarretxe tiene clarísimo que lo que no sea Hare hare es una malvada herejía españolista, y las revelaciones de la secta de la que es custodio no las cuestiona ni el profeta Sabino Arana.

En consecuencia, convocarían un referendum ilegal y se autoproclamarian independientes.

ZP es un político falso, malvado y cínico, como pudimos ver al de unas cuantas horas de declaración en la comisión de investigación del 11-M, donde enseñó su verdadero rostro.

Dialogos aparte, si se encontrase ante una situación así, no lo podría dejar correr aunque quiera, no porque le importe algo España o el bien común, sino porque sabe que de permitir una secesión, el PSOE perdería las elecciones, y pasarían muuchos años antes de que pudieran ganarlas.

Por eso tomaría a su disgusto las medidas necesarias para evitar una secesión, y si fuera preciso mandaría a la policía a detener a un Ibarretxe prevaricador.

Ah, y en las provincias vascas los nazionalistas viven muy bien, que nadie se crea historias peregrinas de supuestos disturbios si se detiene a políticos nazionalistas que delinquen. Eso decían antes de detener a la mesa de Herri Batasuna, y luego sólo hubo los disturbios y manifestaciones de siempre, y a largo plazo, menos de los que había antes de detenerlos.

Alguno creerá que peco de optimista, pero que va, aparte de la ruleta de las elecciones vascas , confío como reserva, en el insondable egoísmo y mezquindad de ZP y de su partido.

Resonant Success in Iraq

Like president Bush stated, elections in Iraq have turned out to be a great success, but amongst defeated aren´t only Arab terrorists or autocrats, but also the mass-media and western “liberals” that didn´t want this elections celebrated.

Their most moderate wing, like the USA democrats, or Zapatero and the PRISOE here, had to agree and swallow, what they believe, are mill wheels made in the USA. They had to fake-smile and grumble-congratulate to the Iraquis for their support to a democratic system, delivered by marines at Sadam´s expenses.

Nor a word to congratulate Bush, or Aznar, or those who really made possible all this beyond the gossip and “liberal” hypocresy. If you want to do so, you can here. .

The reference of what “liberals” think in their inner self has been given here by the Communists, who made clear that those elections, for them, are not worthy, because they have been celebrated in a war country, without security conditions and with a foreign occupant.

For “liberals”, things should have gone in a different way around. First, soldiers would retorn home, and when no foreign soldier would be there, elections should have been celebrated. In the meanwhile, UN could provide the necessary security.

But the real world, as they know, runs another way. UN is intimidated by terrorism, they aren´t able nor to have on the land a non-military presence, and hardly would be possible for them to fullfill that task. Unless they ask USA to carry it out ... Which is already anathema for the “liberals”.

Doubtlessly, they would left Iraquis who had had themselves to fight alone terrorism and unreliable neighbors influences. Probably, at last, it would have prevailed a Sadam type general, or a regime half iranian half talibán. Everywhere is not going to be ruled by democracies, they would say to us, we should be tolerant with other cultures and forms of government.

Contrary to the desires of all the binladenite evildoers, sadamists, terrorist in general, al-yazira, and western “liberals”, elections have been celebrated, and horror ! they have been successful. Votings of more than 80% in many places, the ballot boxes have arrived even at the worse places like Falluja and Baquba where participation of the 30-40% of the census taken place.

Como bien lo ha descrito el presidente Bush, las elecciones en Irak han resultado ser un gran éxito, pero entre los derrotados no están sólo los terroristas o los autócratas árabes, sino también el grueso de los medios y los progres de Occidente que no querían que tales elecciones se celebrasen.

Los más moderados como los demócratas USA, o Zapatero y el PRISOE aquí, no han tenido más remedio que comulgar con lo que para ellos son ruedas de molino made in USA, asi que han puesto buena cara y han felicitado con la boca pequeña al pueblo iraquí por su apoyo a un sistema demócratico traido por los marines a expensas de Sadam.

Ni hablar de felicitar a Bush, a Aznar o a quienes realmente hicieron posible todo esto más allá de las palabras y de la hipocresía progre. Si quieres puedes hacerlo aquí.

El contrapunto de lo que opinan los progres de puertas adentro lo han dado aquí los comunistas, que han dejado claro que esas elecciones para ellos no valen, pues se han celebrado en un país en guerra, sin condiciones de seguridad y con un ocupante extranjero.

Para la progresía las cosas deberían haber sido de otra forma. Primero se deberían haber marchado los soldados, y cuando no haya soldados extranjeros, que se celebren las elecciones. La ONU podría proporcionar mientras la seguridad necesaria.

Pero el mundo real como ellos mismos saben discurre de otra manera. La ONU está amedrentada por el terrorismo, no son capaces ni de tener sobre el terreno una presencia no militar, y difícilmente se podrían encargar de una tarea así. A no ser que encargaran a los USA llevarla a cabo... Lo cual ya es anatema para los progres.

Indudablemente, hubieran abandonado a los iraquíes que se hubieran tenido que enfrentar solos con el terrorismo y con las influencias de sus poco recomendables vecinos. Lo más probable sería que triunfase un generalito tipo Sadam, o un régimen entre iraní y talibán. No todo van a ser democracias, nos dirían, hay que tener tolerancia con otras culturas y formas de gobierno.

Contrariamente a los deseos de todos los malvados binladenitas, sadamitas, terroristas en general, al-yazira, y progresía occidental, se han celebrado las elecciones, y ! horror ! han sido un éxito. Estamos redescubriendo constantemente los hallazgos de Chamberlain y Daladier siguiendo la “política” del apaciguamiento con nuestros demonios interiores y exteriores. Here is taken for granted that the state must “help and support” investigation. I don´t know how things are in the rest of Spain, but in Biscay the local revenue office grants rights to deduce a 30 to 50% of the total amount invested in I+D of the liquid quota to pay for company taxes.

If a company spent 1 million € on investigation, it´s possible for that company to be reduced 0,3 to 0,5 million € of the due amount that it would have to pay for company tax. The final ammount depends on the concrete circumstances and their greater or smaller ability to lobby institutions.See Art 41(in spanish) .

In addition there is a small inconvenience: the company must generate profits to be able to benefit from the subvention, dificult thing if it is a new company. The system tends to finance those to who less aid need.

From another point of view, local authorities have their state aid plans for investigation, aids that may be partially added to the previous ones. They are up to 20% of the investment in investigation without reimbursement, if it´s a individual research project , but it can achieve a 50% if it´s a investigation project shared by several companies, or if universities or para-public research organizations participate.

Back in reality, companies are “not cooperative” and they insist on requesting grants for individual research projects in a rough estimate of 5 to 1, and those which “cooperate” with their sector, either they are branches of the same tree, or they de-facto have assigned the market and don´t compete with each other.

The most disgusting case of all these public investigators is the university one. Its work usually is diametrically remote of any profitable applications, which are in what the industry is really interested. For legal reasons, to receive more subsidies, its presence is interesting, but to have an investigation managed by a professor is bad idea if its result really concerns the company.

The university professors tend to act as feudal lords and delegate their tasks to troops of badly paid internship holders who are those who really investigate in that university, but university professors attribute themselves any reseach made .It is like if somebody praises himself because it´s so good a meal ordered to a famous restaurant. Of course they are always updated, they expose new ideas and eternally know how to apply the new technologies that may arise.

All of the above wouldn´t avoid that when their contracts finish, the internship holders, who (the professors say) enough “experiency” have obtained while we even paid to them, will be sacked. Those scholarship holders, who are the true investigators, don´t have another possibility that going overseas or to obtain a position of university professor, if they have the proper “padrino” to help them.

Por estos lares se dá como verdad que el estado debe “ayudar y fomentar”la investigación. No sé cómo estarán las cosas en el resto de España, pero en Vizcaya la Hacienda Foral otorga derecho a deducir del 30 al 50% de la cantidad invertida en I+D de la cuota líquida a pagar del impuesto de sociedades.

Si una empresa se gasta 1 millón de € en investigación, se puede restar desde 0.3 a 0.5 millones de € de la cantidad que tendría que pagar del impuesto de sociedades. La cuantía de la deducción final depende de las circunstancias concretas y de su mayor o menor habilidad para cabildear en las instituciones.Ver Art 41

Además está el pequeño inconveniente de que la empresa tiene que generar beneficios para poderse beneficiar de la subvención, cosa díficil si se trata de una nueva empresa, tendiendo el sistema a financiar a las que menos ayuda necesitan.

Desde otro punto de vista, las autoridades locales tienen sus planes de ayudas de estado para la investigación, ayudas que se pueden sumar parcialmente a las anteriores. Son de hasta el 20% de la inversión en investigación a fondo perdido, si es un proyecto de investigación individual, pero puede llegar al 50% si es un proyecto de investigación compartido por varias empresas, o si participan universidades o entes de investigación para-públicos.

Todo esto sin tener en cuenta las ayudas europeas y de otras instituciones públicas.

Sobre el papel queda fantástico, pero la aplicación real es diferente. El permanente estímulo fiscal anima a las empresas establecidas a declarar por razones fiscales departamentos enteros como investigación, para poder deducir sus costes, cuando realmente se dedican a producción pura y dura.
Alguno seguro que es investigador sin saberlo.

Las ayudas de estado a la investigación siguen la lógica que cabía esperar y las administraciones tratan que las unidades de investigación de las empresas pasen a ser unidades de investigación para-públicas, insertas en un sistema central coordinado por quien paga.

Eso del lucro es algo satánico y no tiene sitio en el sistema, que es muy sensible en cambio a las entidades “sin ánimo de lucro”: universidades, centros tecnológicos semi-públicos y agrupaciones de empresas del mismo sector que quieren progresas tecnológicamente todas juntas... vamos la ciencia por la ciencia, dicen ellos.

Luego resulta que las empresas son “poco cooperativas” y se empeñan en pedir proyectos individuales de investigación en una relación de 5 a 1, y que las que “cooperan” con su sector, o bien son ramas de un mismo árbol, o se han repartido oficiosamente el mercado y no compiten entre sí.

El caso más penoso de todos estos investigadores públicos es el de la universidad. Su trabajo suele estar diametralmente alejado de las aplicaciones rentables, que es lo que realmente interesa a la industria. Por razones legales, para recibir más subvención, es interesante su presencia, pero tener dirigiendo una investigación a un profesor es mala idea si de verdad importa a una empresa su resultado.

Los catedráticos tienden a ejercer de señores feudales y delegan en una tropa de becarios mal pagados que son los que investigan en esa universidad. Sería como si alguien se pone la medalla de lo bueno que está un plato encargado a un restaurante famoso, porque luego los catedráticos se atribuyen la investigación realizada. Por supuesto siempre están en forma, se les ocurren todo tipo de ideas novedosas y saben aplicar eternamente las nuevas tecnologías que se tercien.

Lo cual no quita para que cuando termine el contrato, echen a los becarios que bastante “experiencia” han conseguido mientras les pagamos y todo. Esos becarios, que son los verdaderos investigadores, no tienen otra salida que irse al extranjero o conseguir una plaza de mandarín universitario si tienen los debidos contactos.

Liberals beyond good or evil

For some people good or evil are gone, they long ago forgot what was the so called sin. Without any doubt they are in another dimension, in which things are different, better, they would say. One of their most typical reaction is “ I do not regret anything”, meaning they consider good everything they have done in their life.

Their moral code has two screenning machines. One is a basic transcription of the penal code and the other is a compendium of party and addict mass-media slogans.

It works this way: in order to process if something is right or not, first they check with the idea they have of what the code says it is a crime. If something is a crime, only a internal slogan in the opposite direction is enough to turn it into good, however, something that is not a crime is bad if there are negative indications on the matter laid by competent partisan “authorities” .

Any action that went through these filters is good, wonderful, and without any doubt they self-located with “the good guys”.

In this context it´s understood that waiting for a moral action done by "liberals" is like requesting milk from lizzards. They wouldn´t do, among other things, because based on those references they aren´t capable of that.

Then, that Mr Smith left his wife with 5 children, and went along with his assistant, 30 years younger. Without love is hypocritical to continue, he proclaims among grey hairs, while his new girl, who could be his daughter, smiles and nods . Progres más allá del bien y del mal

El bien y el mal están casi superados para algunos, que hace mucho olvidaron en qué consistia eso del pecado. Sin duda ellos están en otra dimensión en la cual las cosas son diferentes, mejores, dirían. Uno de sus reflejos más típicos es ese “yo no me arrepiento de nada”, que viene a querer decir que consideran que todo lo que han hecho en su vida es bueno.

Su código moral tiene dos filtros. Uno es una transcripción pedrestre del código penal vigente y el otro es un compendio de las consignas del partido y los medios adictos.

Funciona de la siguiente forma: para procesar si algo está bien o nó, primero pasa por la idea que tengan de lo que el código diga que es delito. Si algo es delito, sólo una consigna interna en sentido contrario basta para convertirlo en bueno, en cambio, algo que no es delito es malo si hay indicaciones negativas al respecto de las “autoridades” partidistas competentes.

Toda actuación que supere estos filtros es buena, buenísima, y sin sombra de duda se autoubican con “los buenos”.

En este contexto se entiende que esperar una actuación moral por parte de progres es como pedir peras al olmo. No la van a tener, entre otras cosas, porque basándose en esas referencias no pueden tenerla.

Luego resulta que ese fulano abandonó a su mujer con los 5 hijos, y se fué con su secretaria, 30 años más joven. Sin amor es hipócrita continuar, proclama entre canas, mientras sonríe y asiente a eso su nueva chica, que podría ser su hija. También es perfectamente posible ser líder comunista y dedicarse a recalificar terrenos en favor de los amigos comprometidos con los trabajadores.

Desprecian profundamente todas las tradiciones morales y religiosas antiguas, sin caer en la cuenta, que incluso desde un punto de vista utilitario tienen sentido. Las fuerzas de la selección natural operan plenamente en éste area, y es evidente que muchas civilizaciones destruidas lo fueron mas bien desde dentro, al perder sus convicciones y su moral tradicional.

Lo malo es que las fuerzas de la selección natural son lentas, desde nuestro punto de vista, lo cual contribuye a la confusión de los progres que creen que basta con 50 años para considerar su batiburrillo inmune a la selección natural y absolutamente probado.

Es muy cómodo y autoindulgente ir de santón laico por la vida. A base de usar el código penal como patrón de conducta moral es difícil que entiendan que hay cosas no tan malas o disolventes socialmente como para estar allí, pero que son indudablemente malas. Así como también puede haber excepcionalmente cosas no tan malas, penadas básicamente por razones políticas.

Tendrían que caerse del caballo y creer en Dios, en el bien común o en algo. A continuación tendrían que decirse de vez en cuando: escojo hacer esto, que es malo, porque me dá la gana, porque quiero ser malo. Es posible que alguno sufra un irrecuperable trauma mental al descubrir que no es inmaculadamente “bueno”, pero esos son los gajes de ser libre, y otras veces escojerá algo bueno.

Nazionalists say that it is because the “basque society” wants more autonomy and it is not satisfied with the statute, although surveys suggest the opposite thing.

They say that Aznar was really bad and not “dialogant”, but with Zapatero they continue with the same plan.

They argue that the statute hasn´t been fulfilled and that they´re transferences left pending, but at this moment the autonomous community is even exerting issues constitutionally reserved to the state.

They are non-transferred issues left , because nazionalists in the local government disagree with the central government on how much it costs to exert those matters. The problem is that they want more money than the true cost, they understand that they are ampler than they really are, or both things. In terms of budget % on the of the autonomous community what is about to be transferred is insignificant.

In fact, the “ibarretxe plan” was lauched because nazionalists leaders have perceived that its long term separatist project is endangered. The whole thing began when ETA assassinated a councilman Miguel Angel Blanco. A massive movilization took place, mainly in Alava and Biscay against terrorism, and by ricochet, against the nazionalism, until then, its main beneficiary.

PNV, in view of what had happened(in spanish), agreed in Estella with ETA, to stop killing, because it was no more useful for treir secessionist plans. The terrorists stop killings temporarily although soon they returned to the old ways. The PNV paid the pact with the commitment to try to obtain from the institutions ETA and the PNV objectives, using rupturist procedures, not legal or constitucional ones, trying to create a clash of legitimacies.

What scared PNV was that the reaction against terrorism also went against nazionalism. Until then, all public demonstrations had been directed by them, or they were due to labor problems. Before, when ETA assassinated, the reaction was only a passive condemn on the part of the non-nazionalists. By their side the nazionalists justified it because the “conflict” and they said that the victim would had done something to deserve it.

In case outside little, the arrival of the Islamic terrorism has elevated the fence of what is necessary to make in order to obtain terrorist objectives. Their objective as they say is “to put on knees” the government and the society so that they submit to their blackmail. When terrorists have needed to kill more than 200 persons in order to obtain part of their objectives, it´s clear that other terrorists who killed less that 10 people per year have it difficulties in getting similar objectives.

This is totally perceived by the nazionalists, because they are busy “offering peace” to the non-nazionalistas, with the condition that we must swallow everything they want to impose on us. They notice that all this have clearly devaluated their rotten merchandise.

From first elections, they´ve controlled the autonomous community government. They have been dedicated to plot a dense clientelar network with the 50% of the GNP they administer, fingerchoosing civil employees and giving public contracts to “our people”. I , and many people haven´t known another government but theirs, we have had to study Basque in the school, and to swallow their history falsifications.

But their educative “success” is smaller than expected, even in schools where everything is in Basque, children speak Spanish in the recreation. Of course, they have it prohibited, and teachers don´t doubt in punishing them if they see them. Their fanatism(in spanish)
is enough to contract political commissaries in their breaks, paid with the budget of a City council, in order to watch the kids and assure that speak what nazionalist politicians want.

In the end: ETA, which helped them so much, killing leaders non-addicted to nazionalism, and erasing by fear or murder all public non-nazionalist expression, no longer can help them, because it causes dangerous sideeffects in the public opinion, also ETA has been overcome by the police (there were years in which ETA killed around 100 people, this year hasn´t killed anybody).

In addition, Islamic terrorism has caused a world-wide scale wave of repulse against terrorists, and their friends. Additionally the horror that a terrorist act has to have in order to cause impact has increased, perhaps, between 10 and 100 times the previously necessary minimum.

Even educative manipulation and clientelar networks don´t yield so many results nor so quickly, and the risk of which they call “involution”exists . The things have a bad appearance, because ETA isn´t going to be able to help to them to kill councilmen or writers... who spread non-nazionalists ideas. The balance seems to move in opposite direction, and the risk for the nazionalists to lose the elections is increasing if the present model of state remains.

If such thing began to occur frequently, their clientelar network and the political control they exert in the education would be little by little diluted. Some of them still remember that here, the carlistas and the falange were supported by many people during Franco´s rule.

Accidentally, many families and people who located well themselves in these movements are now all their life nazionalists. Who are against to them now? Today their oponents are liberal-conservatives, socialists and anybody that have changed over time to these positions.

They know first hand that they could be overcame, moreover, a similar switching sides process could take place, like before, and Basque nazionalism could be disintegrated becoming something similar to today´s falange, another historical fact that students forget after the examination.

Evidently, they can´t allow it, and for that reason they have initiated this separatist coup d'etat.

El porqué del plan ibarretxe

Los nazionalistas dicen que es porque la “sociedad vasca” quiere más autonomía y no está satisfecha con el estatuto, aunque las encuestas sugieren lo contrario.

Dicen que Aznar era muy malo y no “dialogante”, pero con Zapatero siguen con el mismo plan.

Arguyen que el estatuto no se ha cumplido y que quedan transferencias pendientes, pero en este momento la comunidad autónoma está ejerciendo incluso competencias constitucionalmente reservadas al estado.

Quedan competencias no transferidas, lo cual se debe a que los nazionalistas en el gobierno no se ponen de acuerdo con el gobierno central sobre cuánto cuesta ejercer esas competencias. El problema es que quieren más dinero de lo que cuestan, que entienden que son más amplias de lo que son, o ambas cosas. En términos de % sobre el presupuesto de la comunidad autónoma lo que resta por transferir es insignificante.

En realidad, el “plan ibarretxe” se debe a que los dirigentes nazionalistas han percibido que su proyecto de separatismo a largo plazo está en peligro. La cosa empezó cuando la ETA asesinó al concejal Miguel Angel Blanco. Se produjo un movimiento masivo, sobre todo en Alava y Vizcaya en contra del terrorismo, y de rebote, en contra del nazionalismo, su principal beneficiario hasta entonces.

El PNV, en vista de lo sucedido, pactó con ETA en Estella, para que dejara de matar, pues había dejado de ser útil para sus planes secesionistas. Los terroristas dejaron de matar temporalmente aunque luego volvieron a las andadas. El PNV pagó el pacto con el compromiso de tratar de conseguir desde las instituciones los objetivos de ETA y del PNV, a base de la ruptura y del choque de legitimidades que pretenden crear.

Lo que asustó al PNV fué que esa reacción contra el terrorismo se dirigió también contra el nazionalismo. Hasta entonces, todas las manifestaciones públicas habían sido dirigidas por ellos, o se trataba de asuntos laborales. Antes, cuando la ETA asesinaba, la reacción era de condena pasiva por parte de los no nazionalistas. Por su lado los nazionalistas lo justificaban por aquello del “conflicto” y decían que algo habría hecho la víctima para merecerlo.

Por si fuera poco, la llegada del terrorismo islámico ha elevado el listón de lo que es necesario hacer para conseguir sus objetivos terroristas. Se trata como ellos dicen de “poner de rodillas” al gobierno y a la sociedad para que cedan a sus chantajes. Cuando unos terroristas han necesitado más de 200 muertos para conseguir parte de sus objetivos, está claro que otros que maten menos de 10 personas al año lo tienen difícil para conseguir objetivos parecidos.

Esto lo perciben plenamente los nazionalistas, pues se dedican a “ofrecer la paz” a los no nazionalistas, con la condición de que traguen todo lo que ellos quieren imponernos. Notan que todo esto ha devaluado mucho su mercancía podrida.

Desde las primeras elecciones, han controlado el gobierno de la comunidad autónoma. Se han dedicado a crear una densa red clientelar con el 50% del PIB que administran, enchufando y dando contratos públicos a “los nuestros”. Yo y mucha gente no ha conocido otro gobierno que el suyo, hemos tenido que estudiar vasco en el colegio, y tragar sus falsificaciones de la historia.

Pero su “éxito” educativo es menor de lo esperado, incluso en colegios donde todo es en vasco, los niños hablan español en el recreo. Por supuesto, eso lo tienen prohibido, y los profesores no dudan en castigarles si lo ven. Su fanatismo ha llegado hasta el punto de poner comisarios políticos en los recreos, pagados con el presupuesto de algún Ayuntamiento, para vigilarlos y que hablen lo que ellos quieren.

En definitiva: La ETA, que tanto les ayudó, matando a los líderes no adictos al nazionalismo, y borrando por miedo o asesinato de todo acto público a los no nazionalistas, ya no les puede ayudar,
pues provoca una reacción contraria, y además ha sido vencida por la policía (hubo años en que mató la ETA alrededor de 100 personas, este año no ha matado a nadie todavía).

Además, el terrorismo islámico ha provocado una ola de repulsa a escala mundial contra los terroristas, y contra sus amigos. Adicionalmente el horror que un acto terrorista ha de tener para causar impacto ha aumentado, tal vez, entre 10 y 100 veces el necesario anteriormente como mínimo.

Encima, la manipulación educativa y clientelar no funciona ni tan bien ni tan rápidamente, y existe el riesgo de lo que ellos llaman “involución”. Las cosas tienen mala pinta, pues la ETA no les va a poder ayudar a matar a concejales o escritores ... que difunden ideas no nazionalistas. La balanza parece moverse en dirección contraria, y existe cada vez más riesgo de que si el modelo de estado actual se mantiene, los nazionalistas pierdan las elecciones.

Si tal cosa empezara a pasar con cierta frecuencia, la red clientelar y el control político a su favor de la educación se irían disolviendo poco a poco. Alguno de ellos todavía recuerdan que aquí los carlistas y la falange fueron apoyados por mucha gente en la época de Franco.

Casualmente, muchas de las familias y de las personas que se situaron bien en estos movimientos son ahora nazionalistas de toda la vida. Quienes se les oponen ahora son los socialistas y liberales de entonces, o los que con el tiempo han cambiado a estas posiciones.

Saben de primera mano que pueden ser vencidos, más áun, que podría haber un chaqueteo parecido al de entonces, y que el nazionalismo vasco puede desintegrarse hasta convertirse en algo parecido a lo que hoy es la falange, otro fenómeno historico que los estudiantes olvidan después del examen.

Evidentemente, no lo pueden permitir, y por eso han iniciado este golpe de estado separatista.

Pro-abortionists versus premature babies

Timidly, our mass-media have shown us another achievement our “liberals” got. Thet are so “friendly” with freedom and individual rights. They have been able to force to abort to a retarded woman who was 7 months pregnant . They refuse to recognize that what they call “fetus” is a human being. “Right” parties turn their gaze elsewhere, while following mainstream media and polls.

Little protest came agaisnt this concrete crime: the Asturias Medical Guild, the Archbishop and pro-life groups .

Strangely, “liberals” firmly believe that, in these conflictive shock issues among doubtful medical practices against moral or ethics, technical advances are favourable to them. In fact, sometimes it is right the opposite. In the case of abortion the advances in medical techniques related to premature babies´ care is turning proabortion laws obsolete in many countries.

On the other hand, the civil code and civil laws in general have not adapted to these changes, they continue anchored in XIX century and they don´t recognize these persons´ individuality.

Premature babies with less than 6 months of gestation can survive. But proabortion laws conceived to a large extent before the 90´s are allowing abortion-murder. Left and Right parties alike ignore the problem.

Sooner or later a day will arrive in which artificial gestation would be possible from pregnancy ,day 1. That lie, in which somebody is “owner” of a developing human being, will be more and dificult to defend, even for the most cynical on the matter.

Also the last year, news that a premature baby, just with only 23 weeks of gestation had survived, jumped to the mass-media as “new record”. But the certain thing, is that she had surpassed other difficulties not at all natural to be able to survive. Without any doubt they were also news, but as “vicious interventionism”.

In fact, doctors at the hospital where she was born wanted to let her die . The parents requested them to do whatever action necessary so she would live,but they refused. Then, they wanted to go to another hospital with the baby, and they didn´t allow them leave either. Doctors played God with a repugnant interventionism into other people´s lives. Only after calling the police to denounce that illegal retention, they let them go.

Nothing of this was heard trough mass-media (at least in Spain). Thus “liberals” demonstrate how they defend the individual rights. Aparently, the fact, that babies may survive after less than 6 months gestation, is “little” progressive. At heart, they intuit that they must defend their beloved idols´ foundations, if they don´t want them fallen because their own weight.

Abortistas contra bebés prematuros

Tímidamente ha asomado en los medios otra hazaña de los progres “amigos” de la libertad y los derechos individuales. Han conseguido obligar a abortar a una disminuida embarazada de 7 meses.
Se niegan a reconocer que lo que llaman “feto” es un ser humano. Los partidos de “derecha” miran para otra parte, y se dedican a seguir la corriente favorable y las encuestas.

Protesta ante este crimen concreto poca:el Colegio de Medicos de Asturias, el Arzobispado y asociaciones pro-vida .

Curiosamente, los progres creen firmemente que, en estos temas de choque entre prácticas médicas dudosas contra moral o ética, el avance de la técnica les favorece. En realidad, a veces es todo lo contrario. En el caso del aborto el avance en las técnicas médicas relacionadas con el cuidado a bebés prematuros está dejando anticuadas las leyes abortistas en muchos países.

Por otra parte, el código civil y las leyes civiles en general no se han adaptado a estos cambios , continúan ancladas en el siglo XIX y no reconocen la individualidad de estas personas.

Prematuros por debajo de los 6 meses de gestación pueden sobrevivir. Pero las leyes abortistas concebidas en su mayor parte antes de los años 90 están permitiendo el aborto-asesinato. A izquierda y derecha se ignora este problema.

Tarde o temprano, llegará el dia en que la gestación artificial sea posible desde el día 1 del embarazo. Esa mentira de que alguien es “dueño” de un ser humano en desarrollo, será más y más dificil de defender hasta para los más cínicos al respecto.

El año pasado, también, saltó a los medios, en concepto de “nuevo récord”, la noticia de que un bebé prematuro, con sólo 23 semanas de gestación había sobrevivido. Pero lo cierto es que había superado otras dificultades nada naturales para poder sobrevivir y que sin duda también eran noticia en concepto de “intervencionismo vicioso”.

De hecho, los médicos del hospital donde nació querían dejarla morir. Los padres les pidieron que hiceran lo que fuese necesario para que viviera, y ellos se negaron. Entonces, quisieron ir a otro hospital con el bebé, y tampoco les dejaron. Jugaron a Dios con un intervencionismo repugnante sobre las vidas de otras personas. Sólo les dejaron ir, después de que llamaran a la policía por esa detención ilegal.

De todo esto ni palabra en los medios (al menos en España). Así demuestran los progres, cómo defienden los derechos individuales. Debe de ser que esto de que sobrevivan los bebés de menos de 6 meses es poco progresista. En el fondo, intuyen que deben defender los cimientos de sus amados ídolos si no quieren que se caigan por su propio peso.

Separatist attempt in Spain.

The parliament of the Basque autonomy has approved the so called “plan ibarretxe”. It claims to be a proposal of modification of the autonomy statute. In fact, is a new constitution that denies the Spanish sovereignty and affirms the Basque sovereignty, since it does not recognize the existence of the Spanish nation and states as existent the “basque nation”.

Consequently, the administration of the autonomous community demands the sovereignty, essential attribute of the independent state, and autodeclarates itself as independendent. Next, it says to want an understanding with the rest of “spanish state”, and it lays conditions for such understanding.

Such negation of the Spanish nation and the affirmation of the “nación vasca” is not negotiable. Our nazionalistas-separatists wish to deal as equal.

The new statute proposal has been approved in the Basque parliament by one vote, with the support of a party that is the political arm of a terrorist organization, without accepting any limit, not even the procedure of constitutional modification nor to any other law, showing an arrogance beyond limits.

Aside from the sovereignty autodeclaration, the contents of “plan ibarretxe” are the following:

All the matters belong to the “autonomous entity” (that they denominate Euskadi), except those relatives to Social Security, Penal and Mercantile Law, Defense and control of arms and explosives. Foreign affairs and concession of nationality will be shared. Fake concedes to “spanish state” other issues like currency, that already are being exerted by the European Union.

It will be given to“spanish state” a quota to pay her performances in the issues that would belong to her. Simultaneously, the “autonomous entity” will have the right to receive payments from “spanish state” from common budget, to which they wouldn´t contribute, to pay for public works or other investments of public interest.

Solidarity with the rest of “spanish state” would be free and voluntary, they´ll give what they want. But meanwhile, the main loads already compromised within the framework of the previous system (pensions) would be paid according to the present system, because they have realized that therefore the “autonomous entity” would receive an enormous amount of money from the rest of Spain.

On the other hand, they want to influence and to condition Spain, because they affirm that the“spanish state” will be asymmetric and plurinacional. The asymmetric issue is specially repugnant. It means that they don´t wish at all that the other autonomous entities would have the same relation that they would with the“spanish state”. The others must have less matters and money belonging to them.

This absurd pretension comes partly from the origin of the fueros. Long time ago they were privileges, that the king of Spain allowed or granted to regions or cities that joined to him or served him well. If somebody betrayed the king, next, all their special rights and privileges were lost. In some Spanish regions, although reduced, they have survived, but now they want more.

Now privileges no longer have any sense, and to pretend that some spaniards have more rights than others is only explained by an unfair thirst to dominate. The nazionalistas-separatists´ threat is to separate from Spain if the rest of the spaniards doesn´t pay with money and privileges their permanence.

The peculiar thing is that in their selfdeceived and twisted minds they believe to be delivering a great effort of coexistence and adaptation. They think: We are willing to associate with them in the conditions we would state, and they will have to accept.

But still more, we are arranged to grant the non-nazionalists that live here the Basque nationality, (although they aren´t Basque, nazionalists think, not even when they are more ethnically Basque that they).

Even, in the overflow of our generosity, they reflect, we´ll give to the hated Spanish language the category of coofficial language in our “autonomous entity” (perhaps it is because a small detail: it is the language in which prefers to speak 80-90% of the local population and is understood by 100%). In any case they state clearly enough that the Basque is The nazional language.

They refuse to obey to the law or to the courts. They say they were originated by a foreign sovereignty that they don´t accept, but at the same time they demand that thouse who lived in the autonomous region and in the rest of Spain, accept their “basque sovereignty”.

Anyone who doesn´t believe in the nazionalist-separatist ideology is against this attempt of coup d'etat perpetrated from the local institutions that the nazionalists control and use to attack the non-nazionalists.

Not even for a moment they wish to agree to or to negotiate anything. In fact, the requirements to eventually approve or modify the“new statute-constitution”are simply to reunite a 51% of the Basque parliament and a popular referendum. Nothing about reinforced majorities, because their target is to impose now and to continue later imposing their nazionalista project to the rest of the Spanish and Basque society.

Intento separatista en España

El parlamento de la autonomía vasca ha aprobado el llamado “plan ibarretxe”. Dice ser una propuesta de modificación del estatuto de autonomía. En realidad se trata de una constitución nueva que niega la soberanía española y afirma la soberanía vasca, dado que no reconoce la existencia de la nación española y sí la de la “nación vasca”.

En consecuencia, la administración de la comunidad autónoma reclama la soberanía, atributo esencial del estado y se autodeclara independiente. A continuación dice querer un entendimiento
con el resto del “estado español”, y pone sus condiciones para tal entendimiento.

La negación de la nación española y la afirmación de la “nación vasca” no es negociable. Nuestros nazionalistas-separatistas desean tratar de igual a igual.

La propuesta de nuevo estatuto ha sido aprobada en el parlamento vasco por un voto de diferencia, con el apoyo de un partido que es brazo político de un organización terrorista, sin quererse limitar al
procedimiento de modificación constitucional ni a ninguna otra ley, mostrando una prepotencia sin límites.

Aparte de la autoatribución de soberanía, el contenido del “plan ibarretxe” viene a ser el siguiente:

Todas las materias son competencia de la “autonomía” (que ellos denominan Euskadi), menos las relativas a Seguridad Social, Derecho Penal, Mercantil, Defensa y control de armas y explosivos. Las competencias de relaciones exteriores y concesión de nacionalidad serán compartidas. Entrega en falso al “estado español” otras competencias como moneda, que ya están siendo ejercidas por la Unión Europea.

Se entregará al “estado español” un cupo para pagar sus actuaciones en las materias que tenga competencia. A la vez, la “autonomía” tendrá derecho a que el “estado español” pague con cargo a los presupuestos comunes, a los que no piensan aportar nada más, para pagar obras públicas u otras inversiones de interés.

La solidaridad con el resto del “estado español” será libre y voluntaria, darán lo que quieran. Pero mientras tanto, las principales cargas comprometidas en el marco del anterior sistema (pensiones) se pagarán de acuerdo al actual sistema, pues se han dado cuenta de que así la “autonomía” recibirá una enorme cantidad de dinero del resto de España.

Por otra parte, quieren influir y condicionar España, pues afirman que el “estado español” será asimétrico y plurinacional. Lo de asimétrico es especialmente odioso. Quiere decir que no desean ni por asomo que las demás autonomías tengan la misma relación que ellos con el “estado español” y
que los demás tendrán que tener menos competencias y menos dinero.

Esta absurda pretensión se debe en parte al orígen de los fueros. Antes eran privilegios, que el rey de España consentía u otorgaba a regiones o ciudades que se unían a él o le servían bien. Si alguien traicionaba al rey, perdía a continuación todos sus derechos especiales y privilegios. En algunas regiones españolas, aunque rebajados, han pervivido, pero ahora quieren más.

Ahora eso de los privilegios ya no tiene sentido, y pretender que unos españoles tengan más derechos que otros sólo se explica por un injusto afán de dominio. La amenaza de los nazionalistas-separatistas es separarse de España si el resto de los españoles no paga con dinero y privilegios su permanencia.

Lo curioso es que en sus autoengañadas y torcidas mentes creen estar haciendo un gran esfuerzo de convivencia y adaptación. Estamos dispuestos a asociarnos líbremente con ellos en las condiciones que a nosotros nos dé la gana y que ellos tendrán que aceptar, se dicen.

Pero todavía más, estamos dispuestos a conceder a los no nazionalistas que viven aquí la nacionalidad vasca, (y eso que no son ni vascos piensan, aunque sean más étnicamente vascos que ellos).

Incluso, en el colmo de nuestra generosidad, reflexionan, le damos al odiado idioma español la categoría de lengua cooficial en nuestra “autonomía” (tal vez sea por el pequeño detalle de que sea la lengua en que prefiere hablar el 80-90% de la población local y que entiende el 100%). De todas formas dejan bien claro que el vasco es La lengua nazional propia.

Se niegan a obedecer la ley o a los tribunales. Dicen que son producto de una “soberanía extranjera” que no aceptan, al tiempo que exigen que quienes vivimos en la comunidad autónoma y en el resto de España, acatemos eso de la “soberanía vasca”.

Todos los que no creemos en la ideología nazionalista-separatista estamos en contra de este intento de golpe de estado perpetrado desde las instituciones locales que los nazionalistas controlan y utilizan para atacar a los no nazionalistas.

Ni por un momento desean pactar o negociar nada. De hecho, los requisitos para aprobar o eventualmente modificar el “nuevo estatuto-constitución” son simplemente reunir un 51% del parlamento vasco y un referendum popular. Nada de exigir mayorías reforzadas, pues se trata de imponer ahora y de seguir imponiendo después al resto de la sociedad española y vasca su proyecto nazionalista.

The last trick of ANC (ruling party, led by Mbeki) is the BEE (black economic empowerment) program, which consists in setting a date limit for companies property of white people to sell a part of their property or company shares to new black owners.

For example, in the mining sector case , in 2014 a 26% of the property have to be owned by black companies or black individuals.

The justification of all this, is to compensate the passed hardship, but the “solution” consists of laws like this one, discriminatory and racist, inspired by a moral sensitivity that strongly believes that one injustice is solved with another one just in a inverse way.

These nationalizant and confiscatory measures, in addition, have a foundation so amoral, that only perverse and absurdly twisted effects could be produced .

Few black “entrepreneurs” , tied to the ANC have taken control of most property quotas assigned by the BEE. They are politicians, former union leaders, and people related to the ANC. Some of them have become immensely rich.

On the other hand, white proprietors forced to sell, logically, look for the best bidder, which implies that the wealth of these “entrepreneurs” grows like a snow ball by the slope, because the banks are willing to lend to them what they need, so they can buy below his price, active, profitable assets that normally wouldn´t be for sale.

When a country massively confiscate properties, an incentive has been created for local and foreign companies, so that they don´t invest in a country in which wanted or not, is compulsory to sell part of the company to the price someone wants it to buy. Supposition fits that in the same conditions, companies will avoid this country. The same incentive works with white individuals, who are stimulated to emigrate.

Even more, the legal situation of the property is unstable, existing a high political risk caused by a possible BEE´s quota elevation or by new tax measures.

Damage to the common good is evident, but that doesn´t worry too much ANC´s elite, when they are using the BEE´s instruments to locate themselves to the level of white high society, inherited from the time of the apartheid. Meanwhile they try to deceive the masses urging to them to support an upgrade BEE with the decoy that they are benefitting to “black people” (the rest seems that they aren´t South African).

Recently, some local leaders like Archbishop Desmond Tutu, have criticized this absurd system, but right because its more acceptable facet.

The sudden appearance of black multimillionaires who begin to compete for taking control of the part reserved for black people, was causing that the paid price approached the real one more and more, attenuating the expropiatory effect of the BEE. The problem is that every time is getting more difficult to deceive the masses saying that the BEE is by their own good, when they don´t receive “their” part, because the whole system is based on affirming black people´s “rights” to expropriate from white people.

Actually, a few are more equal than others and can continuously exert to their favor groupal “rights” of the black people. The Archbishop and his followers would wish a perfect expropriation. For each individual with the correct skin colour would be allocated the right part that corresponds to him from the whole belongings of white people, which approaches more BEE´s spirit. They are deeply disgusted to see how black entrepreneurs, whose main capital and competitive advantage are their skin colour, are immensely benefited while leaving the others like before.

Después del apartheid, el gobierno de este país, ha puesto en marcha medidas para “contrarrestar”
los efectos del régimen anterior. El último invento del partido governante, ANC, liderado por Mbeki, es el programa BEE (black economic empowerment), que consiste en poner una fecha límite para que las empresas propiedad de blancos tengan una parte de la propiedad o del accionariado en manos de nuevos propietarios negros.

Por ejemplo en el caso del sector de la minería, para el 2014 un 26% de la propiedad ha de estar en poder de empresas o individuos negros.

El objeto de todo esto es resarcir por las penalidades pasadas, pero la “solución” consiste en leyes como ésta, discriminatorias y racistas inspiradas por una sensibilidad moral que cree firmemente que una injusticia se soluciona con otra en la dirección inversa.

Medidas como éstas estatalizantes y confiscadoras, que además tienen un fundamento tan amoral, sólo pueden producir efectos perversos y absurdamente torcidos.

Unos pocos “emprendedores” negros, vinculados al ANC se han hecho con la propiedad de la mayor parte de las cuotas asignadas por el BEE. Se trata de políticos, antiguos líderes sindicales y gente relacionada con el ANC. Algunos de ellos se han hecho inmensamente ricos.

Por otra parte, los propietarios blancos obligados a vender, lógicamente buscan el mejor postor, lo cual implica que la riqueza de estos “emprendedores” crece como una bola de nieve por la pendiente, pues los bancos están dispuestos a prestarles lo que necesiten y pueden comprar por debajo de su precio activos rentables que normalmente no estarían en venta.

Al confiscar masivamente propiedades, se ha creado un incentivo para que las empresas locales y extranjeras no inviertan en un país en el que quieran o no, hay que vender parte de la empresa al precio que te la quieran comprar. Cabe suponer que en las mismas condiciones, las empresas evitarán este pais. Lo mismo sucede con los individuos blancos, a los incentiva a emigrar.

Por si fuera poco, la situación legal de la propiedad es inestable, existiendo un elevado riesgo político ya sea por elevación de las cuotas de la BEE o por nuevas medidas fiscales.

El daño al bien común es evidente, pero eso no preocupa demasiado a la élite del ANC que está utilizando el instrumento del BEE para situarse al nivel de la alta sociedad blanca heredada de la época del apartheid. Mientras tanto trata de engañar a las masas incitandoles a seguir por el camino del BEE con el señuelo de que ellos están beneficiando a la “black people” (el resto parece que no son sudafricanos).

Recientemente, algunos líderes locales como el Arzobispo Desmond Tutu, han criticado este sistema absurdo, pero justo por su faceta más aceptable.

La repentina aparición de multimillonarios negros que empiezan a competir por hacerse con la parte reservada a los negros, estaba provocando que el precio pagado se acercara cada vez más al real, atenuando el efecto expropiatorio del BEE. El inconveniente es que cada vez es más dificil engañar a las masas diciendo que el BEE es por su bien, cuando ellos no reciben “su” parte, pues el sistema se basa en afirmar el “derecho” de los negros a expropiar a los blancos.

En la práctica unos pocos son más iguales que otros y pueden ejercer continuamente a su favor los “derechos” colectivos de los negros. El Arzobispo y sus partidarios desearían una expropiación perfecta, y que cada individuo con el color de piel correcto recibiera la parte que le corresponda del total de bienes en poder de blancos, lo cual se acerca más al espiritu del BEE. Les repugna profundamente ver cómo, empresarios negros cuyo principal capital y ventaja competitiva es el color de su piel, se benefician inmensamente y dejan a los demás como antes.

Things in common between Socialists and nazionalists-separatists

There are still people who are surprised about how fast and easy our Socialists and Communists make alliaces with the nazionalists-separatists.

It is not really so rare. They share a common hate feeling to Spain, minoritarian among socialist voters, but absolutely generalized in the “elite” that controls the party. But there is something more important in common: Its distrust and contempt towards the individual liberties that consider antisocial. In counterpart they praise the collective and group rights.

The problem is that they know that they cannot carry out the dreams of his militants and voters if it is not by reducing election possibilities of all. According to socialists, for our own good, with which they deceive many people. The nazionalists do not have it so easy, no matter how much they shout, is hard to believe that builiding a new border here and there, means help to somenone.

Normally, to put in use their experiments causes a serious damage to the common interest. The partisan goals are usually fully aknowledged.

In the case of socializants measures, the practical effect of the measure is usually very negative and typically inverse to the wished outcome.

In the case of the nazionalists it means to progress by a process that divides the population, makes 2 classes of citizens, one with more rights than another one, and distributes unjust benefits to “our people”.

Let us see some examples.

A socialist government orders that in order to get rid of elitism, to strengthen public system and to avoid discriminations, the schools, even contracted ones, must accept students whom Administration would assign to them, and in addition, teach to them spending less by student, than public schools.

Results: Private schools that are outside the system must compete and be better to catch students, with which if before already they were better, now they will be even more, but without public financing they will be more expensive. The breach between rich and poor is extended. The poor people will have to be satisfied with state school where students are assigned only by the administration which represent a incentive to anticompete. The most probable result is a worsening in these schools.

Socialists who distribute the money, have a stronger ideological control on the schools and in the general population. The parents only have a school choosing possibility if they have enough money. The students learn less. Narrower elites are educated in a good school.

Another example.

A socialist government decides to foment the Spanish cinema, subsidizing it and forcing to exhibitors and tv stations to show it. They pretend to respond to a demand of the public and they assure that the quality of the Spanish cinema will increase.

Result: Film directors perpetrate messes of socialist propaganda that are subsidized. Half the public (who doesn´t vote socialist) systematically doesn´t go to see any spanish film unless a friend recommend it. The other half get dead bored with repetitive arguments on how bad Franco was and how insane the civil war was. Popular interests and tastes count little at the time of making films, when the main client is the subsidizer public functionary .

More socialist propaganda. Less prestige for spanish cinema, every day going farther from the public. Worse films. People prefer to see any USA film. Local film directors enjoy their independence with respect to the tastes of the public whom they can ignore with impunity, while the subsidy remains.

A nazionalists example.

A nazionalist government opinions that the language they consider basic to create their separated national being isn´t voluntarily spoken by part of the population, who prefers to speak the common language common in the rest of the country. This lack of attachment to the language could be an obstacle for the subsistence of the language and their secession project in which this language would be the only official.

Among other measures they force to pass a test (or all the test) in (Basque, Catalan...) to whoever demand a public job in areas where that language is barely spoken.

Result: Ethnic cleasing amongst government employees in regions where the GNP related to the public thing goes up to around 50%, because it is really very dificult to excede in thouse open contests to someone who uses that language as maternal language. Cascade ethnic cleasing in private companies because those who require that language to their employees get deals with the administration facilitated.

This causes diminution and inequality of opportunities for those who don´t speak the language at issue, creating second class citizens.

Candidates who are better and have been rejected in public and private selection processes due to this discrimination, will go away to another place. The region loses part of its better human capital and it becomes impoverished or it grows less than what could.

Nazionalists are able to construct blocks of graníticaly addict civil employees who stand by each other as soon as the opposition questions any irregularity. In addition many individuals unjustly benefitted vote for the mascarada to continue.

Nazionalists say things like : “this is this land´s language and while you were here you must speak it”. “Well, it didn´t know that the land or the things hold rights and not human beings. On the other hand, in this town that language is spoken by a 10% who understands spanish also.” you answer him.

Next if the nazionalist doesn´t insult to you or agrede, a strange , false and victimist speech would begin about the small and weak noncommon language which you, continuing the work of Franco, wish to make disappear.

Soon he will preach you about the right that “this land”(euzkadi, catalonia...), or “the people”(vasco, Catalan...), but not you, have, to choose the language in which you speak. He will remember you that you are bad Basque, Catalan... or if you are not from there, you are a Spanish foreigner to whom they have not been able to prevent to enter.

It is improbable that you are able to make them reason, but although it doesn´t seem possible, sometimes, that possibility exists. There are nazionalists that have recovered with quite enough success. It is very rare that such thing happens to a Socialist.

“Right” politicians well considered by the left, or not confident enough in their cause, leftists, and nazionalists-separatists emit in the same dial spot. Reductions of individual freedoms in the name of a “interest” social, collective or nazional. And they crush to us with opresive and ineffective measures to which we mean NO.

Cosas en común entre socialistas y nazionalistas-separatistas

Todavía hay quien se extraña de lo fácil y rápido que se entienden nuestros socialistas y comunistas con los
nazionalistas-separatistas.

Realmente no es tan raro. Comparten un odio común a España, minoritario entre los votantes socialistas, pero absolutamente generalizado en la “elite” que controla el partido. Pero hay algo más importante en común: Su desconfianza y menosprecio hacia las libertades individuales que consideran antisociales. En contrapartida ensalzan los derechos colectivos y grupales.

El problema es que saben que no pueden llevar a cabo los sueños de sus militantes y votantes si no es a base de reducir la capacidad de elección de todos. Según los socialistas, por nuestro bien, con lo cual engañan a bastante gente. Los nazionalistas no lo tienen tan fácil por mucho que griten, es dificil creer, que poner una fronterita que vaya por aqui y por alli sea precisamente para hacer un favor.

Normalmente poner en práctica sus experimentos ocasiona un grave daño al interés común. Los fines partidistas buscados suelen ser plenamente conseguidos.

En el caso de medidas socializantes, el rendimiento práctico de la medida suele ser muy negativo y habitualmente inverso a lo deseado.

En el caso de los nazionalistas significa progresar por un camino que divida a la población, fabrique 2 clases de ciudadanos, una con más derechos que otra, y que reparta prebendas a los “nuestros”.

Veamos algunos ejemplos.

Un gobierno socialista ordena que para acabar con el elitismo, fortalecer la enseñanza publica y evitar discriminaciones, los colegios, aunque sean concertados, tengan que aceptar a los alumnos que les asigne la Administración, y además, con menos dinero por alumno, que los colegios plenamente públicos.

Resultado: Los colegios privados que estén fuera del sistema tienen que competir y ser mejores para captar alumnos, con lo cual si antes ya eran mejores, ahora lo serán más, pero sin financiación pública serán más caros. La brecha entre ricos y pobres se amplía. Los pobres tendrán que conformarse con la escuela pública y concertada donde los alumnos estan asignados y no hay incentivo para competir, con lo que lo más probable es que estos colegios empeoren.

Los socialistas que reparten el dinero tienen mayor control ideológico sobre los colegios y la población general. Sólo tienen posibilidad de escoger colegio los padres que dispongan del dinero suficiente. Los alumnos aprenden menos. Elites más restringidas se educan en un buen colegio.

Otro ejemplo

Un gobierno socialista decide fomentar el cine español, subvencionándolo y obligando a exhibidores y televisiones a programarlo. Dicen responder a una demanda del público y aseguran que la calidad del cine español aumentará.

Resultado: Los cineastas perpetran bodrios de propaganda socialista que son subvencionados. La mitad del público (que no vota socialista) no va sistemáticamente a ninguna pelicula española a no ser que se la recomiende un amigo. La otra mitad se aburre mortalmente con argumentos repetitivos sobre lo malo que era Franco y lo jodida que fué la guerra civil. Las inquietudes y gustos populares cuentan poco a la hora de hacer peliculas en las que el principal cliente es el funcionario subvencionador.

Mas propaganda socialista. Menos prestigio para un cine español cada día más lejos del público. Peores películas. La gente prefiere ver cualquier película USA. Los cineastas disfrutan de su independencia respecto a los gustos del publico al que pueden ignorar impunemente mientras siga la subvención.

Uno de nazionalistas

Un gobierno nazionalista opina que el idioma que consideran básico para crear su ente nacional separado no lo quiere hablar voluntariamente parte de la población, que prefiere hablar la lengua común al resto del país. Esta falta de apego al idioma puede ser un obstáculo para la subsistencia del idioma y para su proyecto de secesión en el que este idioma sería el único oficial.

Entre otras medidas obligan a superar una prueba (o toda la prueba) en (vasco, catalán ...) a quien quiera empleo público en zonas donde mayoritariamente no se habla ese idioma.

Resultado: Limpieza étnica entre el funcionariado en regiones donde el PIB relacionado con lo público ronda el 50%, pues realmente es muy dificil superar en una oposición a quien usa ese idioma como lengua materna. Limpieza étnica en cascada en las empresas privadas, a quienes requerir ese idioma a sus empleados facilita su trato con la administración.

Esto supone disminución y desigualdad de oportunidades para quienes no hablen el idioma en cuestión, creando ciudadanos de 2º clase

Los candidatos no elegidos en instancias publicas y privadas que sean mejores y se les haya rechazado por esto, se irán a otro sitio. La región pierde parte de su mejor capital humano y se empobrece o crece menos de lo que podría.

Los nazionalistas consiguen tener bloques de funcionarios graníticamente fieles que se apoyan entre sí en cuanto la oposición cuestione alguna irregularidad y además muchos individuos injustamente beneficiados votan por que la mascarada continúe.

Los nazionalistas afirman cosas así: “este es el idioma de esta tierra y mientras estes aquí tienes que hablar esto” . “Bien, no sabía que la tierra o las cosas fueran sujeto de derechos y no las personas. Por otra parte en este pueblo, ese idioma lo habla un 10% que entiende perfectamente español.” le contestas.

Si el nazionalista a continuación no te insulta o agrede, empezará un extraño y falso discurso victimista sobre la pequeña y débil lengua no común a la que tú, continuando la obra de Franco deseas hacer desaparecer.

Luego pontificará sobre los derechos que tiene “la tierra”(euzkadi, catalonia ...), o “el pueblo”(vasco, catalán ...), pero no tú, a elegir la lengua en la que hablas. Te recordará que eres un mal vasco, catalán ... o si no eres de ahi, eres un extranjero español al que no han podido impedir entrar.

Es improbable que consigas hacerles razonar, pero aunque no lo parezca, a veces, existe esa posibilidad. Hay nazionalistas que se han recuperado con bastante éxito. Es muy raro que tal cosa le suceda a un socialista.

Políticos “de derechas” bien vistos por la izquierda o acomplejados, de izquierdas o nazionalistas-separatistas emiten en la misma onda. Reducciones de la libertad individual en nombre de un “bien”
social, colectivo o nazional. Y nos machacan con medidas opresivas e ineficaces a las que queremos decir NO.

A Nightmare for Professional Ecologists.

Nuclear Energy is getting more an more ecological and sustainable.

Nuclear industry is continously making progress in reducing and controlling its radioactive waste. Used nuclear fuel is more commonly regenerated. Teoretically it would be possible to produce 60 times more energy with the same amount of nuclear fuel, and in addition to reduce substantially the most dangerous waste produced (Ex. Plutonium) in a conventional atomic power station.

Since early 50´s people work upgrading technologies used in fission fast reactors. In these reactors the fuel spent in the conventional ones is used, energy is generated and the end by-product can again be used in the conventional reactors.

These recycle and regeneration processes have been intensely attacked by the ecologists. Their reasons are basically that they do not trust in a secure waste transport, and other quite absurd such the following: the regeneration technique at this moment only recycle once the used fuel. The final waste volume is bigger they say.

Well, I do not believe that neither the industry nor the governments wish that dangerous waste which is about to be used as raw material get lost and I suspect that they will make any reasonable effort in order to avoid it. Regarding the technique, it is true that there is a lot to improve, but of course, if investigations were halted this technique would not become neither more effective nor more safe. The final waste volume is bigger than if nuclear fuels were used once, but if we were trying to generate an equal ammount of energy using the traditional procedure, we would produce more than double in radioactive waste. In addition there is a net reduction in the amount of waste with a very long period of activity.

On the other hand if they wish to get rid of plutonium generated by military or civilian uses, today this is the most proven way. In addition, during these processes, transmutations of other elements occur, such as iodine 129 that can transmute to iodine 128.

Promising experimental processes like the nuclear fusion exist, shortly the UE, Japan, the U.S.A., Russia and other countries will start up a joint experimental fusion installation. Unlike today´s fission reactors, these fusion reactors make the inverse process, they take hydrogen isotopes, they fuse them and they produce helium. If this process is controlled it could obtain more energy, cheaper, and with many less radioactive waste.

Moreover, it is possible to transmute running accelerating machines that send protons against the radioactive atoms which transmutes them in less active elements or stable isotopes.

On the paper, there are even projects like the subcritical nuclear fission reactor. With a proton accelerator and a reactor with Thorium, a nuclear reaction is induced when temporarily Uranium 233 is created. Most of the generated radioactive waste is 100 years active at the most, and the long life ( plutonium type) residues, thouse which came from conventional power stations, could be dealed with , transmuting them in stable elements or of short life isotopes.

The ecologists who profit from antinuclear hysteria, cause a increase in atomic long life residues and also caused that the military will have to bear more plutonium than the ammount they would wish to have. But what really they want is a drop in energy production and people living like Tarzan.

Some time ago a discovery took place. It can be another nightmare for the legion of ecologists who favor a return to the Arcadia. It was so interesting that the mass media silenced it completely.

A team of investigators of the university of Strathclyde, the Imperial College of London, the Rutherfords Appleton Institute, the ITU of Karlsruhe and the university of Jena ,obtained by means of treatment with laser beams, to turn I 129 with a period of activity of 15.7 million years, into I 128 with a period of activity of 25 minutes. Previously these transmutations had only taken place during nuclear fission processes.

This breakthrough opens another possibility of dealing with nuclear wastes with “eternal” activity periods and to transmutate them to other isotopes with ridiculous periods of activity. In a short time the problem with nuclear waste could disappear, leaving in sorrow “liberals” and antinuclear militants.

Now those scientists are looking for funds to construct suitable bigger scale facilities that would allow to deal with the ammount of nuclear waste produced in a nuclear plant.

Imagine a world where all the energy demanded can be produced without contamination, to a minimum cost, without depending on external factors and occupying a ridiculous space. Well, then many “mankind benefactors” would prefer to return to the neolithic era. To them I dedicate this post. Have a nice day.

Una Pesadilla para Ecologistas Profesionales

La Energía Atomica cada vez es más ecológica y sostenible.

La industria nuclear está haciendo continuos esfuerzos en reducir y controlar sus residuos radiactivos. Cada vez es más común el reprocesado del combustible nuclear usado. Teoricamente sería posible con la misma cantidad de combustible nuclear producir 60 veces más energía, y además reducir sustancialmente los residuos más peligrosos generados (Ej. Plutonio) en una central atómica convencional.

Desde los años 50 se trabaja en perfeccionar la tecnología de los reactores rápidos de fisión. En estos reactores se emplea el combustible gastado en los convencionales, se genera energía y el producto final puede ser empleado de nuevo en los rectores convencionales.

Estos reprocesados han sido intensamente combatidos por los ecologistas. Sus motivos son básicamente que no se fían de la seguridad del transporte de residuos, y otros bastante absurdos, como que la técnica de reprocesado en este momento sólo recicla una vez el combustible usado, o que el volumen final de residuos generado es mayor.

Bien, no creo que ni la industria ni los gobiernos deseen que se pierdan residuos peligrosos que se van a emplear como materia prima y sospecho que harán lo posible para evitarlo. En cuanto a la técnica, es cierto que hay mucho que mejorar, pero desde luego, abandonando seguro que no se hará ni más eficaz ni más segura. El volumen de residuos final es mayor que si se usara una sola vez, pero para igualar la energía generada utilizando el procedimiento tradicional se produciria mas del doble de residuos radiactivos. Además hay una reducción neta de la cantidad de residuos de largo periodos de actividad.

Por otra parte si desean deshacerse de parte del plutonio generado por usos militares o civiles en este momento, esta es la via más probada. Además, durante estos procesos se producen transmutaciones de otros elementos como el yodo 129 que puede pasar a yodo 128.

Existen prometedores procesos experimentales como la fusión nuclear, en breve la UE, Japón, EEUU, Rusia y otros paises pondrán en marcha una instalación experimental de fusión . A diferencia de los reactores actuales de fisión, estos reactores de fusión realizan el proceso inverso, partiendo de isótopos de hidrógeno, los fusionan y producen helio. Si se domina este proceso se podría obtener más energía, más barata, y con muchos menos residuos radiactivos.

Por si fuera poco, se ha verificado la posibilidad de que mediante aceleradores que lancen protones contra los atomos radiactivos, transmutándolos en isotopos y elementos estables o menos activos.

Sobre el papel, incluso hay proyectos como el reactor de fisión nuclear subcrítico. Con un acelerador de protones y un reactor a base de Torio se induce una reacción nuclear al formarse temporalmente Uranio 233. La mayor parte de los residuos radiactivos generados son activos como máximo 100 años, y ademas se podrían tratar los residuos de larga vida (tipo plutonio), prodedentes de centrales convencionales transmutándolos en elementos estables o de corta vida.

Hace un tiempo tuvo lugar un descubrimiento que puede ser otra pesadilla para la legión de ecologistas partidarios de una vuelta a la arcadia. Hasta el punto de que los medios de comunicación lo silenciaron completamente.

Imaginad un mundo donde se pueda producir toda la energía que se quiera sin contaminación, a un coste mínimo, sin depender de factores externos y ocupando un espacio ridiculo. This weblog started because I wanted to give my spoonfull to the revolt in the net against the left, which dominate and monopolize mass media around the world. That´s why is also in english. I apogize for any mistakes in the translation. Unfortunately, I won´t be able to update it as much as I would like.

Once upon a time Spiderman (my favourite super-hero) needed some help against a bad guy. The crook controlled everybody in the city with a machine which nulified peoples´ will and self-cuestioning abilities. Spiderman was unaffected of course, but he had a hard work trying to find a non mentally alienated person, even more, people needed to pretend, otherwise they would have big problems. At last Spiderman found a free person, when unnoticed, he saw him in his room cursing that evil wrongmaker. As you may suppose at the end Spiderman won.

Esta página surge del deseo de poner mi granito de arena a la revuelta en internet contra la izquierda que monopoliza y domina los medios a escala mundial. Por eso también esta en inglés. Desgraciadamente no podré actualizarla tanto como me gustaría pero...

Erase una vez que Spiderman (mi super-heroe favorito) necesitaba ayuda contra el malo de turno, al parecer el malvado controlaba a todo el mundo en la ciudad con un invento que anulaba la voluntad
y la capacidad crítica del personal. Spiderman no estaba afectado claro, pero le costó encontrar a una persona que no estubiera controlada mentalmente, y es que encima había que fingir ya que lo contrario suponía meterse en problemas muy serios. Spiderman terminó encontrando a una persona libre, gracias a que en un momento de intimidad le vió en su habitación maldiciendo al cabrón del
malo. Por supuesto, al final gana Spiderman.
